Diet Direct raised prices from $9.99…
Diet Direct raised prices from $9.99 per 6 pack to $12.99. These same items are available elsewhere for $6.15..No excuse for DD prices being double. When O complained I got a speech about quality assurance. Items I receive elsewhere will be fine.

There was a supreme court law that was recently passed that now requires all online retailers to begin charging sales tax (the same as your local tax) on any orders placed online. This rate can vary based on your zip code and also can change based on the types of products you order. While we understand this can be frustrating since there may be some states that are not yet complying, the state in which we are located does require that we comply with this policy. Soon, this will encompass all 50 states.

Super Reliable and Affordable
I've been ordering from Diet Direct for about eight months, and the company is awesome. I've tried similar products/companies before and I've run into shipping delays, really good deals with the first order and then skyrocketing prices on subsequent orders, and products being routinely back-ordered AFTER placing an order.
My experience with Diet Direct has been completely different. I almost always receive my orders a day or two before the estimated delivery date (which is quite a feat, considering how backed up shipping has been across the board due to COVID), the website is easy to use, and the product offerings are all stellar. They are always offering a deal or promo, some of which have prompted me to try a new product (which I typically end up really enjoying and ordering again). Diet Direct has become a staple of pantry.
While I haven't set up a recurring order or taken advantage of their membership tier, I still feel like I'm getting great service and products for a fair price. I would recommend Diet Direct to anyone looking for a Bariatric or high-protein prepared food plan, especially to people looking to incorporate a few things into their days.
