Poor customer service
Requested further information on a laptop on 09/11/2025. After 2 emails and a phone call, by 22/11/2025, I still had no answer. Poor customer service.

I bought a LG OLED TV 'Grade A' condition that was significantly discounted from recommended retail price. What was reassuring is that the customer service person was always on hand, she dealt with my queries promptly, both by phone and email. Pete J
Bought a samsung tv for £300 a couple of hours later the transaction was cancelled with a full refund within 5to7 days. so I went back in to the site and able to buy the same tv again, I stopped short of reordering. But they do have all my details from the 1st order....and I'm sure there's hundreds of others suffering the same fate. I will contact PayPal with my concerns.
Atrocious! Sold me a broken laptop with 150GB of the previous owner's data on it (including photos of his passport & family!) No stylus and scratched casing, too. Clearly hadn't checked the item at all. Appalling standard.
As a result of my personal experience with this company, I would refrain from purchasing refurbished products from them. After purchasing a monitor, I had problems after a few months and had the same problem after the warranty ended, but this company refused to assist or acknowledge that the product was flawed from the outset. I understand that the product is no longer under warranty, but I do not feel that they have considered my entire case. They could have offered me a free inspection to assess the cost of the repair or a discount on future purchases. I will not be doing business with this company in the future.
Dissapointed
Took my phone in for a battery replacement in March 2023.
The engineer damaged my camera and spilt some grease like substance on the inside of the camera lens.
I was told this would be fixed, but the engineer needed to order adhesive tape, and it would take about a week to come in.
I have rung every month up to August 2023 to ask when I can bring my phone in for repair.
Every time, I was told that someone would contact me and no one ever had.
I've asked to raise a formal complaint in July 23 and have heard nothing back.
They do sell a lot of tech at reasonable prices, but based on my experience, I can't recommend digiland
Was a bit cautious ordering from Digiland at first as I'd never used them before but after reading some online reviews, ringing them, and actually being able to talk to a member of staff, I was put at ease.
Item arrived and had dead pixels in the middle of the display. Rang Digiland and they sent out a replacement the very next day. So was very happy with their customer service and speed they replaced my item.
Just wish more companies had as good service as this!

Never buy from them theyre crooks no help at all had £3000 of my money for 2 months now and not helping at all charging me for stock which i didnt order and then refusing to refund and being abusive on the phone and telling me to shut up will read your messages and never reply and make false agreements

Also further comments regarding other members I have dealt with very professional focus of 100% aftercare sale service.
I suggest reading their terms and conditions, absolutely absurd, they even put into their contract that delivery is not delayed unless at least 180 days have passed, and they may insist you show them details of your contents insurance to ensure the product is adequately insured! Don’t take my word for it read on their website at the bottom of the Page under Heading Site then go to terms and conditions.
Oh and not forgetting that in buying goods from them you give them the right to come and inspect the goods anytime!
This Company is bent, I can only think they are sending out dodgy goods and then will blame you for any problems with it and tell you to claim on your own insurance!

Bought a tablet on-line. After not receiving after 10 days called them.'we will look into it call you back.'waited another day nothing! Called again to be told cant find it will have to refund! Great dons bay in 2 days nice one!!
Was anyone ever going to reply doubtfull!....still waiting for the refund oh and an apology would have been nice!
Took my laptop in on Monday morming as my sons had broken it over the weekend and I needed it for an important presentation at noon. The service staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. They fixed it in under an hour for a very reasonable charge. Highly recommended.
THEY are the rudest people of their kind i have ever seen.
their main characteristic is the difference in dealing before sale and after sale.!
after your money is with them the won't like a word from you.
they mostly sell seconded and refurbished electronics as new.when complained about it their reply"the fault is totally insignificant and posibbly caused by postage so sorry we can't return or refund your item!!"
these people sent me a broken product and when i returned it they refused a return or exchange!!
i paid double postage again just to take the broken tablet.
BEWARE THEY HAVE AN EBAY COMPANY AS WELL!!
