Ordered a Pro-ject CD box E
Ordered a Pro-ject CD box E. Item was showing as in stock on website but was actually just out of stock. Had a phone call from Peter on the Monday apology offered and offered to cancel and refund or wait for stock to arrive. Stock arrived a week later and again was telephoned and item shipped by DPD and arrived next day. Really excellent customer service. Highly recommended seller and item is first class.

Caravan 5G Aerial & Router Order - Super Efficient
After ordering a Vision Plus caravan 5G aerial, received a call saying that stock would be arriving at the warehouse next day, shortly afterwards, delivered to me. Really impressive customer services in respect of order update and very fast delivery time, would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Digitalis - 5 stars. DPD - 3 stars.
Digitalis themselves were faultless. The product was great and well-packed. An initial problem with ordering resulted in a prompt and effective call-back from one of their staff - good work! I'm pleased with the product and I would certainly buy from them again.
The promised "next day" delivery by DPD, however, turned into a "3-day-wait" delivery, but that was not Digitalis's fault. However, be aware that DPD's advertised promises may not always be fulfilled.

I’ve received Great customer service from this company, we had a problem with a turntable that was brought through Amazon after 1 message and 1 phone call we are having a new turntable sent out would definitely shop here again .

Once i had ordered it show the delivery address as my old address, i rang straight away and a nice guy answered, asked me to email them with my new address and it was all sorted, he even rang me back to confirm. You dont get that sort of customer service often enough in these days. When the speaker and turntable came it was all packaged as you would want, no complaints

Great response to replacement component
I had a minor issue with a turntable we purchased, and contacted Digitalis Direct regarding it. Within a day, they had responded, called me to arrange a replacement component and the item arrived the day after. The response was fantastic, and Peter’s communication through it all was greatly appreciated. Will happily use them again.
