Bought Microsoft word. Followed instructions, but did not install. Tried again, and again. And again. Emailed Digitalo and they sent me the same instructions. I told them I followed the instructions. They sent me the same instructions again, and again, and again. Useless and waste of money.

When I had problems with the Word software (none of the editing features worked) I immediately tried to contact the company for help, since they touted their "customer service."

Repeatedly I tried to start a chat--nobody home. Called the phone number listed--number didn't work. Sent two email--received a response to an urgent request the next day.

And the response? RUDE. Instead of asking how they can help, the advice was "install it correctly." Contested the charge and provided details to my credit card company.

If you want to be insulted this is the company for you. If you want to ask for help when none is available, this is the company for you.

When I purchased their software online but when I tired to activate it I got a flag that read: NO LICENSE FOUND. When I contacted the company it took them over 24 hrs. to respond and when I asked them for help or a refund they wrote: "We want to confirm that all your emails have been answered. Please be aware that as a company policy, we do not offer refunds for digital downloads."

In other words, regardless of what kind of help you ask for, this company wins by keeping your money even if you are left with a product that will not work. I would avoid Digitalo-Software.com

Kann die anderen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Habe vor einer Woche bestellt und per Sofortüberweisung bezahlt. Gestern dann telefonisch den Kundenservice kontaktiert und nachgefragt, wann die Bestellung rausgeht. Laut Mitarbeiterin definitiv noch am selben Tag. Leider ist das Paket aber immer noch nicht unterwegs und es steht im Menü nach wie vor "In Bearbeitung". So macht das keinen Spaß.

Habe ein Klimagerät von Bosch bestellt. Pünktlich geliefert. Gerät defekt. Retoure muss per Spedition geholt werden wegen zu hohem Gewicht. Telefonisch angefordert. Einen Tag Urlaub dafür verbrauchen müssen. Laut dem inkompetenten Telefonisten muss man mit so etwas rechnen. Leider kam an diesem Tag keine Spedition. Bin mehr als enttäuscht darüber dass man einen immensen Betrag für einen defekten Artikel ausgibt,einen Uraubstag verschwendet und zur Krönung auch noch dumm von der Seite angesprochen wird....

Gave me a key code that required downloading a third party software serializer instead of a real key code I could put directly into the software. Not what the product said it was!

Das Paket wurde schnell versandt und kam unversehrt an.

Meine Lieferung verzögert sich nicht nur seit 2 Monaten, sondern sie wird auch regelmäßig angekündigt und kommt dann nicht. Auf Rückfrage werde ich immer nur wieder wochenweise vertröstet.
Immerhin bekomme ich noch eine Rückmeldung, daher 2 Sterne .
Ich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Schnelle Lieferung. Extrem ausgiebige und nette Kommunikation. Ich hatte leider eine Reklamation (Produktfehler), die nötigen Infos waren leicht zu finden und jeder Schritt wurde genau dokumentiert. Super!
