Everything went like clockwork. Sam Bird was so helpful and my photos were so well looked after and dealt with so quickly. I had 1400 plus scanned and am thrilled with the results.The idea that I can give my three daughters a memory stick instead of them having to go through my photos (upwards of 5,000) when I pass on is a great relief.

Such an amazing service from start to finish. The photo scans are perfect and Sam was so accommodating to my all my questions. I have already recommend to my friends. Thanks again.

I was initially nervous about handing over my old prints but I needn't have worried. The service is professional and Sam and her team kept me informed at every stage. I was nervous again about the special delivery system ( mine was a small order ) because the prints ; although only "snaps" were precious because I only had one copy of each. But the system worked perfectly and I had an email to say my parcel had arrived; and then again to say it was on its way back. i am now turning them into a keepsake book which is a work in progress.

A really great service. Very easy instructions to safely get your treasured photos there and back. Very quick service. I sent mine off near to Christmas and it was a magnificently quick turn around.

Great service ! Initially spoke to Sam on the phone who guided me through the process and advised best way to send my precious family pics to them. Probably like a lot of people I was worried about the photographs being lost but I was informed as soon as they reached Digitize and when they despatched them.
All in all a simple operation : raise order on line, post via Royal Mail special delivery, great quality copies returned in three days.
Now just busy organising another lot !

Sam from Digitizemedia was very helpful as we looked into digitising my Dad's large collection of slides going back over 60 years. The mailing process was straightforward and good value (courier collection from home) and we did scan and pay, so there was no upfront costs.
In just over a week we had over 900 slides digitalised.

We had years worth of family photos going back generations. We wanted them scanned. The thought of them being sent to a company we had never dealt with before was a nervous move. However, we need not have been. Sam made it so easy and took care of them and used a reliable courier. We got the originals back safe and sound, the scanned photos are excellent quality and job was done super quick. Will definitely use again.
