I’ve used Rested for the past 18 months...
I’ve used Rested nightly for the past 18 months, and within just three days I saw a dramatic improvement in my deep sleep, as measured by WHOOP. I was waking up with far more energy than usual and none of the grogginess I’d often experienced before.
Over time, I’ve also seen a meaningful improvement in my skin health. More broadly, the consistency it has brought to my sleep has had a real knock-on effect on my overall wellbeing, including making it easier to maintain a high-quality diet without cravings.
I love this product, and the quality is outstanding.

Didn't Work!
I had such high hopes for this product, after I did alot of research and read amazing reviews in lots of top publications like The Telegraph and The Times. After waiting 4 weeks for re-stocking, I was so disappointed that it didn't work. The first time I got very interupted sleep, I then waited a couple of days to try again. This time it was even worse, interupted sleep and then all the following day I had that lethargic, zombie feeling you can get with sleeping tablets, I felt awful. I understand that some things just don't work for everyone, however the review I submitted to Diome for my purchase has not been published, maybe because it was only 2 stars??

Found sleep again
Tried many supplements especially magnesium’s and DIOME has been the best. My sleep has improved a ton since taking every evening. Haven’t had an night scaries (anxiety) since which has been a game changer.

Buy with caution
I would advise buying this with great caution. I experienced nightmares and terrible sleep whilst taking Rested. The company also makes it very confusing to cancel the subscription.

£60 for one month of tablets to help people sleep is an absolute outrage and way way way overpriced. I'd urge you to rethink your pricing.

Seems to help me stay asleep longer
I'm always sceptical about products I discover through instagram. I do feel these have helped me stay asleep longer at night. (I usually wake up every few hours) I am now on my second bottle, and find the cost a bit high. (I take these and nutrition geeks magnesium)

I had no issues with my sleep before…
I had no issues with my sleep before but was looking to have a more in depth, beautiful rested sleep however when I take these tablets it completely disrupts my sleep and gives me insomnia. Worst tablets and company ever. Went from sleeping well to chaos.

Rested has transformed my quality of sleep since I started taking it, and has made me a morning person! My Oura ring picks up on higher percentages of deep sleep, especially when I take it a few days in a row. Even if I only get 6-7hrs, my sleep score typically remains 85+!

I ve been using rested by Diome since it launched. I ve had interrupted sleep issues for a Longtime, but I feel so thankful that since I ve been taking Diome my sleep is better , deeper, and more consistent. Diome isn’t a sleeping pill,it’s not. Magic pill. It’s not prescribed medication. it’s a natural supplement that works on relaxing your nervous system , therefore you fall asleep and go back to sleep easily if you wake up a lot at night. So happy I don’t have to take any strong meds anymore thx to this gentle product. Natural supplements are the way forward. I absolutely love this supplement.

I used to wake up several times a night and had a hard time getting back to sleep. It’s been two years since I started using Diome and that issue is now long gone. It is by far the best sleep supplement.

A complete rip off
The Rested tablets are supposed to go help with sleep and they are very expensive to purchase. In desperation to get some help and based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews, I decided to push the boat out and buy the product. I was very disappointed that they were ineffective and I have had more relief from insomnia from much cheaper valerian tablets from Holland and Barrett. I have tried to leave 2 reviews reflecting my experience honestly on their website but they have not been published leading me to believe that the reviews on the website are at best carefully selected or at worst entirely fake.
