Elliott was incredibly helpful and engaging whilst guiding me through the interview process. I felt he was always keen to answer any questions and made sure I was aware of key details about the company I was applying to, so that I entered the assessment centre feeling well prepared. The fact that the team at Ocean Consulting were there on the day of the interview was brilliant - both Elliott and Nick were relaxed, friendly, and diffused any anticipation, which really helped to boost morale, and make the experience fun.

I found Nick to be very professional, gave me really useful advise on interview technique, and kept me notified about the process. Nick insured he kept me in the loop, and my progress and ensured I received feedback throughout.

I would strongly recommend Ocean Consulting for anyone looking for a new role.

Had Nick as my recruitment manager when I applied for Samsung. He endured through every step that I was prepared and knew exactly what was going on. He called me after each step to see how I felt. Absolutely amazing guy, could not have a better advocate for Ocean. If I knew him outside of this he would probably be my best man.

When I first applied I didnt think my chances of getting the job were very high. I just used my CV online and sent it through. The next day I got a call from a Scott at ocean consulting and was quite surprised at first because I had forgotten that I applied the day before. From the moment I spoke to Scott, he outlined the process and made clear everything I had to do with a lot of detail, making my life so much easier throughout. He gave me the most relevant details I needed before attending the assessment centre. He made sure I went to the right place. He made sure to call me a day before to see how my preparation was going. He didn't have to do any of this but he facilitated the process every step of the way making life so much simpler, he truly went above and beyond what he had to do. Scott is one of the most genuine people I've come across. He fulfilled every thing he said and followed up with a call every single time I needed any information: big or small. Scott deserves a pay rise, I can say without him I wouldn't have been able to secure the job that I applied for.

I cannot praise Kerry enough, she made the interview experience very positive and eased any concerns I had. At the assessment centre the support continued and it really made the day enjoyable. I felt like both the people I interacted with genuinely wanted me to succeed. I don't think I would've got the job without Kerry's help, I can't thank them enough.

I applied for a position in a role and company id been in before. I was initially contacted by Kieran, who was enthusiastic and polite while we talked about the role. I was then followed up with by Kerry who was very personable. At my interview I met Phillip who runs Ocean and he was also incredibly enthusiastic and personable. All the staff i have met or interacted with have been fantastic and I would recommend Ocean Consulting 100%, they helped get me back into my favourite role!

Kerry was lovely over the phone, quick and professional whilst still being engaging. It felt like she genuinely had an interest in me and my future. As for the recruitment day the company ran, maybe I was lucky because all of the people I interacted with were lovely, but a very enjoyable day. No pressure, no stress. Very positive experience.
