Everything was delivered on time and quality was excellent

I bought some tiles from Direct Tile Warehouse and was really pleased with the price. Communication was good. I'd but from them again.

Very pleased with the service provided.
I needed to replace some broken tiles on a shop entrance.
I only needed to replace 20 out of the hundreds that made up the floor.
Everywhere I tried said the tiles I wanted were discontinued until I found these guys.
They had the tiles I needed in stock and were delivered within a few days.
I had to pay the delivery charge as it was only a small order but they have saved me thousands by not having to replace the whole entrance floor.

Ordered 10 large tiles for my outside step/veranda and only eight were delivered but never noticed till I started tiling couple of months later, phoned up to let them know, and they would have been quite within their rights to dismiss my claim, but nothing was too much bother for these lads and two duly arrived safely packaged on a pallet! What can I say, fantastic service and you can buy with confidence from them. I certainly will again, thanks again guys for going above and beyond.👍👏👏👏

Really pleased with my Nikea patchwork tiles. They were sent fast, with no breakages, and have given our new kitchen a really distinctive stylish yet traditional look. I highly recommend Direct Tile Warehouse and would certainly use them again.

The tiles had been discontinued at my local shop and I’d ran out. Over the moon to find these available with Direct Tile Warehouse. Delivered all the way to Durham without a problem.

The advisors were very patient and helpful in answering my queries before I purchased. I bought the aspen split face beige tiles for my living room wall and was very happy with the finished result. The tiles were reasonably priced and delivered on the promised date. Excellent experience start to finish.

Ordered tiles on line as advertised on web site that they were a stock item. Purchased on line. Couple of days later advised that had to be bought in with 6 week lead time throwing my project timeline. Team kept me informed and goods finally arrived on final promise date, well packaged. Probably wouldn't buy on line without first checking accuracy of web info..

Fabulous company. Firstly I love the ARCHITONIC TAUPE tiles I bought for my kitchen floor, very well priced. When one box arrived broken ( probably the courier) they promptly replaced that box. When I realised I was a couple of boxes short they managed to arrange an express, next day delivery, despite the current driver problems ( Brexit, again !).....very personal and swift service. I ordered a Oikos blue sample tile last month and it arrived very quickly. It was perfect for our new bathroom plans and so I ordered wall and floor tiles ( to match ) over the phone. Customer service was excellent. Delivery was prompt and we are delighted with the results. Our fitter had no problem with cutting or fitting them. They have made our new bathroom look fantastic.

Ordering was very simple on line and the sample arrived the next day. The tiles were very good quality. Excellent communication from the young lady who telephoned when there was a slight delay. The customer service was beyond expectation and very refreshing, given the decline in recent customer service I have received in shops. I would recommend this company without reservation.
