Awful service, bike turned up and when we put it together we realised it didn’t turn right fully. We found that there was a weld in the way that stopped it turning. We contacted company sent pictures and videos after they reviewed this they told us that this was normal. So I said it’s normal for a bike not to turn right. This was a week before Christmas they haven’t got back to me and have ignored my emails. It’s a shame because the bike looks great but don’t buy this product because it doesn’t turn right and according to the company this is normal

Definitely wouldn’t order from this company never received the quad I ordered an when I asked for a refund took weeks to get it back also blocked me an my comments on Facebook an ignored my call wouldn’t recommend at all

Received damaged product. No possible return just replacement parts which I waiting nearly 2 months. Also no honest communications with seller.

I've had nothing but problems with the bike, mainly the clutch plate broke after 1 hours use , when i requested a new one i got some attitude from the reply, then you make out your doing me a big favour by sending me out a new one.

Bike was not same as one displayed cracked plastics and scrapes on opening built up and started it once faulty does not stay started and does not drive properly, and when contacted about faults no response, poor product and will not buy again Christmas was ruined for my son!

Absolutely shocking service and product! Quad bike ordered for Christmas. Its never worked, reported on Christmas day to this shambles of a company. Both pull cords broke through repeatedly trying to start this quad. The response from the company was for me to send a video of it not starting. We did so. We tried all the tests that were eventually suggested by this awful awful company, to no avail. Eventually "as a gesture of goodwill" they sent us a new pullcord, which I should be grateful for although the 2 that I'd paid for wouldn't have broken if the quad worked as it should. By their own admission you should be able to start it with 1 finger so clearly if two cords have broken they can see there is an issue. They have taken hundreds of pounds and provided a shoddy, broken product followed by ignorance and arrogance about resolving the issue. Suggesting finally that I pay for the faulty item to be returned, serviced and then delivered yet again! Knowingly providing faulty products and relying on people giving up so they can get away with scamming them out of their money. Under the sale of goods act they are required to repair, replace or refund faulty goods. This product never worked, they were notified at the first opportunity and have neglected their duty to do any of what is required of them. Cowboys and con artists!

Absolute waste of time and money. My brother brought his son a mini dirt bike for Christmas. After it had been built (by a mechanic) it's never worked, petrol and oil leaking everywhere. My brother had sent many emails with no response then, the one email he did get a response to just said its been 30 days sorry nothing we can do. What a joke, this poor kid now has a Xmas present that he's never used and is probably just goin to get scrapped. Be warned ⚠️ looks great but once they have your money they don't want to help atal !!! Very frustrating and unprofessional !!

Terrible company. Please please please do yourself a favour and don't support this company by buying anything. Bike wouldn't even start from brand new then they said they would help to fix it but not replace it. After trying multiple times to get them to send new parts they ignore all emails.

If I could give zero stars I would have!
Bought a bike for my daughter for Christmas, after less than 1 hour of using it (in my back garden) Christmas morning the bike started stalling and pulling off without throttle (very dangerous). On inspection the clutch pads where non existent and worn straight through after less than 1 hour. As you can imagine this ruined my daughter's Christmas as she was so excited with the bike. Contacted Adam in the company and basically said there's nothing he could do and advised me to buy a new clutch kit at my own expense as it's over 30 days. Explained it was a Christmas present but didn't want to know. Pay Pal now sorting refund.
Avoid this company at all costs !!!!!

Shouldn’t even receive 1 star, bought quad plastics for my sons quad, waited 5weeks only to be told they couldn’t find my order. Yes I received a full refund but shocking customer service will never buy from them again

Bought quad from dirtbikesdirect gave it to a friend to assemble an engineer with 40+ years experience building motorbikes and was told it was a load of crap with parts falling if he has had to practically re-build same only wish I had read reviews first as I agree with others now please don’t buy from them for your kids safety

Bought a quad for my daughter Christmas it couldn't of came further from what I ordered 🤷‍♀️ the plastics were al damaged cracked etc the qaud was all off balanced it doesn't drive right then to top it off we got 3 wheel the same and 1 wheel completely different in size 🤦‍♀️no re fund no reply no nothing £330 wasted just like that

Check out other negative reviews and you will see similar experiences. Purchased a quad bike from this company with an intermittent fault from day 1. Seller initially refused return on grounds that bike had fuel, however fault would not have been known without having fuel in it. Seller then suggested technical advice and if this failed said would honour return and refund. Followed all technical advice from company, sent company video of intermittent fault as requested. Seller then wanted us to start dismantling parts of the engine, felt this was totally unacceptable on brand new item with intermittent fault. So asked for return and refund. Seller refused refund on grounds bike had fuel inside therefore used item. When seller realised return was being arranged through transport company which would have cost us 30% of the purchase price, seller then said would only give 50% of the cost of the purchase price of the bike leaving us with 20% of the actual purchase having covered the transport cost for returning a faulty unfit for purpose. AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS.

Total fraud. My daughter ordered a radio control model kit for £329. She was sent a different model worth less than £180. Dirt bikes direct refuse to exchange for the correct model or to refund. This is fraudulent practice. Don’t buy from here, go elsewhere if you want to receive what you order.
