Wrong item received and poor customer service
I ordered cups and lids. They sent the wrong lids, and when I asked for them to be changed they said they didnt stock the right lids any more so the cups I have can’t have lids. They then wanted me to pay £4+ in return postage for a mistake I didn’t make. Won’t ever order again.

Réponse de Discount Cream
Hi Chantelle, thank you for your feedback. You originally ordered 9oz flat lids for a 22oz cup and unfortunately these would not have fit. Because this range has been discontinued, we didn't have suitable lids for you. You are correct; we did send the domed lids but they still would not have fit. We offered to collect the lids free of charge so apologies if there has been any confusion there. If you would still like us to collect them, please reply to the email chain and we will sort this straight away. Sincere apologies again for any inconvenience.
