I ordered a renewal of a magazine and this was last May 2025. I should have received the fall issue. Well, it's Spring in 2 days and they have yet to fulfill my order. I will not renew or order any magazines through them again. Buyer beware!!!!!!!
Third-Party Digital Subscrition Problem Resolved
Erin understood my problem with a NewYorker digital subscription only being accessible through Magzter, and was able to cancel the subscription and issue an immediate refund.
She was also knowledgeable enough to assure me that I would not encounter the same problem with my Economist digital subscription.

DiscountMags gives me great value for subscriptions and (very importantly) sends me notifications when renewals are due. When I recently had trouble with missing issues from on publisher, the folks at Discount Mags did the work to get the issues restored. It was way more than I'd expected - what great service!

Discount Magazines is a great way to shop for myself, my family and my friends! They always provide excellent customer service and support! I’ve never been able to beat their prices which saves me a lot of money. Their workers are a knowledgeable,professional and well trained. I know that I can count on you! I’ve got some friends who are so difficult to shop for so now I’m sending them the gift that keeps on giving=magazines! One friend had a friend who always gave her a particular magazine for(I think)49 years! When that one passed away I started buying her the same magazine as her friend gave her. I’ve also bought her other magazines. I saved a lot of money buying for them and for myself too! Thank you for calling me when I didn’t see your email! Lawanda was very thorough and rapidly helped me resolve my issue with a magazine subscription that had gone undelivered for a year. Thankfully the magazine extended the subscription another year to make up for the year of lost issues. She was very communicative and I never felt like I had to wait very long for a response from her. Thank you for all your help!

I renewed my subscription to Consumer…
I renewed my subscription to Consumer Reports on their website. Unfortunately, they started a new subscription instead of renewing my subscription. I attempted to get this corrected through their customer service, but they told me I had to contact the magazine. As a result, I received duplicate magazines for 5 months. When I check their website, it shows I paid for a two year subscription but instead of 2 years, they are only crediting me with one year (April 26 to March 27). They have stopped responding to my emails, and failed to correct their obvious mistakes.

I absolutely love getting paper subscriptions through discountmags! I accidentally cancelled 4 magazines thinking I was cancelling just a free digital issue. The customer service was excellent she was so nice and helpful. She went over what I cancelled so I can reorder again. Your service is great and I was so appreciative your excellent customer support helped me resolve so easily. I have recently purchased many magazines and I will continue to be a loyal customer in the future

After trying in vain to cancel online 5 magazine autorenewals with Discount Magazines, I called customer service and was connected to Latasha. She identified herself and spoke in a cheerful, pleasant voice. She asked my email address and immediately brought-up my account. She cancelled the subscriptions at once, reassured me that my credit card would not be charged, and sent me emails confirming the cancellations. She was very efficient. After my frustration of not being able to cancel the subscriptions online, I was pleasantly surprised how pleasant and polite she was. I am writing this review to recognize an outstanding employee.
