Placed order for a urine bottle on 23rd August 2024, got my order on 24th August 2024. Unfortunately there was a small crack in the lid. Phoned the company after the bank holiday, the gentleman was very pleasant and I recieved a replacement item the next day. I have never ever had such service from a Company, first class. If I ever need anything else that this Company sell they will be 1st in line
EXCELLENT SERVICE and CUSTOMER SERVICE.
