Discovermymobility Avis 4

Bought a scooter in April 2025. Was advertised as 4mph. On arrival scooter managed 3 mph at best. Contactedthem via email and was advised to charge battery and turn speed up. I'm not stupid. This had always been done. Emailed again as now it crawls along and is very sluggish. No response . Emailed again, still no response. Stuck with a scooter that barely works. Avoid at all costs

Delivery was shocking. Picked my delivery day and kept getting messages from FedEx with delivery date a week in advance. Discover Mobility said they would "keep an eye on it" Delivery happened when no one was home and it was left out in the elements in full view! I fed this back and was offered compensation for "their error". As soon as I asked for a refund this compensation offer was withdrawn and got charged the same amount to return the product.

I ordered a power wheelchair ( my first one) based on the information on the companies website. The chair showed up in 3 days which was great but the first time I sat on the chair I knew something wasn't right. Without getting into too much detail I had and have a condition in my back which requires a very specific type of specs to meet my needs.
As I mentioned I knew right away something wasn't right and I checked the specs again on the website. I quickly found out they didn't actually match the chair I had. I immediately called the company and was quickly put in touch with management. They called me back within 20 minutes. I explained what happened and they checked out my story and sure enough it was mistake on their end. It was here they really impressed me. Not only did they have the information changed to correct info within 10 minutes, I was told they would work it out for me.
First they did their best to see if the chair could be modified in anyway to fit my needs. Unfortunately this couldn't be done. Next, the gentleman that was helping me said he was going to find me a chair, which was so nice of him. At this point I told him I thought I found another chair and I wanted to send mine back. He had a shipping company there at my convenience to pickup everything and of course covered all the shipping as well.
After the chair was picked up my full refund was posted the next day!
I'm sorry for the length but I already left out a bunch of details that this company went out of their way to help me while under going a tough time. I was treated wonderfully by everyone I spoke with and the chair I had for a week or so was wonderful it just didn't work for me.
So, my total experience with this business was first class.

I purchased a Pegasus a few months back for my mom who is not able to walk long distances anymore and she was stuck inside her home. I have to say she LOVES it. It was a hard adjustment for her to get used to as she has never used a wheelchair but now - she zooms through the stores like a champ. I love it. I am so grateful for finding this wheelchair - with it being light weight and lithium batteries that charge so quickly. Thank you Discover Your Mobility for giving my mom her life back.
