Our Nationwide Shipping
Standard delivery within 3-5 working days
We currently only ship to UK Mainland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Isle of Man. This may change in the future.
We use APC Express 24 hour for all shipments. Standard UK Mainland delivery typically takes 5–7 working days for in-stock items, with next day delivery available once dispatched. Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Isle of Man: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Everyone at Diss went above and beyond
Everyone here went above and beyond, sending pics and measurements after I'd ordered so I could organise the splashback etc in advance.
The only issue was with the AGA installation team who didn't connect a wire properly causing a melted socket. Once flagged they tried to blame the worktop installer drilling (6 feet away) or the house wiring and threatened to charge to come out. I bought a new cooker socket and paid a proper electrician to redo - now all is well.
In summary, Diss 10/10; AGA... not so much.

I recently purchased an Aga oven…
I recently purchased an Aga oven from Diss Ironworks and could not be happier with the experience. The service was fast and efficient, and I received a genuinely polite and warm welcome in the showroom. There was no pressure at any point, just knowledgeable, friendly advice delivered in a straightforward and helpful way. I would absolutely recommend Diss Ironworks to anyone considering an Aga or similar purchase.

Clarity
My order was meant to be for oven gloves but your advert didn't make clear the price you quoted was for just one glove. I thought they came in pairs, so I ended up buying another one to make up a pair.
I paid twice as much as I first thought and 2 postages.
(but the gloves were fine).

I ordered 2 racks for my Aga ready for Christmas, I chose next day delivery thinking I would get them on Monday as I ordered Friday but they arrived the following day.
