Uncomfortable, overpriced and never again!

Bought 2 pair and rarely wear either of them. They’re uncomfortable, no matter how many times the optometrist tries to fit them, they just don’t feel comfortable. Cartier, Gucci, Lindbergs… LOVE THEM! Ditas, HATE THEM! They don’t deserve to be considered a “luxury” brand!

Not a nice company to deal with. At all. You spend £10k more and they dismiss you. The rep is toxic and will shoot you in the face if needs be to get her commission

Do not recommend this company

Bought the Dita Perplexer Dusty Swirl. Roughly $800 and the nose pads kept falling off. Finally told by manufacturer there was nothing that they could do. Would not buy from them again. They are very expensive but seem cheaply made.

At the Newport Beach Fashion Island location today around 6:30 PM, I experienced one of the most disrespectful interactions I’ve ever had in retail. The employee was rude, dismissive, and made it clear I wasn’t welcome. I’ve supported this brand for years — and this is how customers are treated now?

Sadly, based on how similar reviews are brushed off with denial, it’s clear this company avoids accountability. I’ll be reporting this to the BBB and sharing it with others. If you’re a person of color, be cautious — the values this brand claims to represent are not being lived out in its stores

Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive

Full disclosure: I did not purchase anything here.

I was in an accident right in front of their store, when what appeared to the manager (older male) stepped out and escalated the situation by encouraging the other party to repeatedly be hostile towards me while I wanted to simply exchange information so we can both speak to our respective insurances and carry on with our day.

While there were two other associates, they were simply witnesses and stayed impartial. It was just this older man, clearly emboldening the other party, possibly due to discriminatory factors.

I refuse to support such a brand who hires people that have these views and I urge others to do the same and take their business to somewhere that respects everyone.

Never again!!!

I must admit that I’m impressed by this company. Dita produces some of the most expensive eyewear (I paid a little over €800 for their classic titanium aviators), yet at the same time, they are among the worst in terms of quality—and even poorly thought-out design—I have ever worn. A nightmare. After a week, the pieces holding the lenses fell out. I had to order new lenses (another €200). It turned out that the manufacturer designed the temples in such a way that both rub against the inside of the lenses, leaving permanent marks. For a while, everything was fine. After about two years (I should mention that these are one of 4-5 pairs I rotate wearing), the glasses broke at the hinge connection. I managed to have them welded. A week later, they broke again—but on the other side. My other glasses last for years without any issues. Dita is not worth even 1/10 of its price. Never again!

Desde que adquirí una montura de esta…

Desde que adquirí una montura de esta empresa, concretamente modelo Lindstrum, que no es que sean excesivamente caras, 700€ exactamente, he tenido problemas con el desajuste de las mismas, creo yo que es un problema de diseño no tiene solución posible según han reconocido ellos, particularmente me encantan, igual solo es mi unidad, según mi experiencia no las recomiendo.

Bought the Meta Evo One Sunglasses in…

Bought the Meta Evo One Sunglasses in June 2024.
The Quality is pure plastic and the nose piece has a 1mm screw that randomly falls off so the sunglasses are broken. The sunglasses are not worth the price. They are the worst sunglasses i ever had and im surely dont recomment buying them. 800€ for plastic (found some knockoffs on aliexpress and to my surprise the aliexpress sunglasses had better quality🤣) says it all.

I placed my order online

I placed my order online, they left the package outside my house when I went out to pick up the package, the only thing inside the box was the glasses boxes, the glasses were not inside. I contacted them to get a resend or refund and they didn't give me a refund. they wanted to give, neither of them are thieves I recommend that you do not buy here online, pure garbage from a company, they stole my money

Purchased most expensive Dita frames

Purchased most expensive Dita frames to make a prescription glasses. Noted that I have prescription glasses for over 60 years and none of them got broken. Now as me and my wife walk down the street lens fall out of frame. when we look at Dita frame it just snapped and split.
I never expect to buy junk for $1000. Thanks to Dita I did.

My glasses warped inwards


My glasses warped inwards without being subjected to any physical impact. I contacted Dita and said I would send it to you if you want and check it out. The contact people they told me to contact did not solve my problem. I expected a company that sells such expensive and luxurious glasses to be more caring and problem-solving.

I have to take them back every two or…

I have to take them back every two or three weeks for agustment. At the price they were this is shocking.

I have only had the glasses a few months definitely not worth the price I paid or the trips back to the opticians who have been wonderful.
I have no idea what to do next.

DITA in the UK must be able to help but don't seem to want to help

Refuse to provide a return slip and don’t respond so you’re forced to keep items

I want to return items and requested a return label on the 31st of august (I have until the 6th of September to ship it back). They require you to take pictures before sending this, I explained that this requirement is not in their terms and conditions hence they can’t impose this afterwards as a requirement for sending a return label (I’d already packed the items). They never responded again, I’ve sent 3 emails asking them for a return slip, I still haven’t received the return label. Tomorrow is the last day that I’m able to return the items, this is a very easy way for a company to profit, not providing return slips and waiting till the return date has passed before responding. I will never order via them again, this is literally stealing from your customers. I’ve filled a dispute with my creditcard company, hopefully they will be able to get my money back.

READ CAREFULLY,great sunglasses BUT.........

Best sunglasses ive ever owned ,but so disappointed in the case that came with them which tore within a few days, so when you consider the glasses cost at £630 one would expect a better quality carry case , that being said I did give 5 stars as the glasses are on another level, but they need to supply a far better carry case as its made of very cheep materials .

Don’t order online they can’t sell

I have ordered from their website and I didn’t have a confirmation email
I just had a message from PayPal that the order has been refunded and it would take several days to come back

If they’re not able to sell it then they shouldn’t advertise it. Now I have to wait to get it.
