ordered in june, finally came in sep, £110 spoiler
online i ordered a spoiler for £110, i bought it and ordered it in june and it came in september, i had to keep contacting them every other week untill they finally sent my package out, it took around 2 weeks to come. my cousin bought some black badges from here and he had to keep asking them to send it out which also took ages.

Poor communication took 4 months of…
Poor communication took 4 months of waiting for my order to keep being told customs has it and we can’t tell you anymore. I then asked for a refund as I couldn’t wait anymore ! to now be waiting for the refund 🤷♂️took them two weeks to finally issue the refund so hopefully 3-5 working days it will clear in my account. I will not be using this company again there time scale communication and customer care is a joke to say the least !!

Super Long Waiting Times and Still No Product
Ordered front splitter and wind deflectors about 127 days ago (4 months & 5 days) totalling kr 66,898 isk (474,45 euros)! They said they opened courier claim about 41 days ago and I have yet to receive any news!
Wont be buying from them ever again!😡

They stopped updating me .i asked to get refund my money because I still haven’t get my package and they denied saying that they delivered my order which a LIE

We’re sorry to hear that you dispute receiving your order. However, the courier’s tracking recorded your parcel as delivered, and this is the information we relied on when responding to your refund request.
You first reported the parcel as missing approximately seven months after the recorded delivery. By that point, the courier’s claim deadline had passed, preventing us from raising a claim for the disputed delivery.
We understand your frustration, but we do not accept the allegation that we lied about delivery. Our response was based on the courier’s tracking record.

Really helpful with sorting parcel out
Really helpful with sorting parcel out, even after experiencing issues with the courier they sent replacements out with a different courier and came very quick, could not ask more.. super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommended to anyone who wants to make modifications to their cars.
