I would 100% recommend diy kitchens.
There’s a lot of choice to suit different styles. The customer service was excellent when I needed to contact them to request add ons to my order they were quick to help. The quality of the kitchen is brilliant. My floor fitter and joiner who fitted the kitchen both commented on it. I got quotes from howdens and Tom howley and Neptune, they were all more expensive and I thought couldn’t compete with diyk for value and quality .
The show room is great to visit and fun for the kids too it has a cafe with drinks and snacks and is dog friendly.
The Facebook group is helpful for inspiration and sharing tips.

We love our new kitchen. We were cautious about buying from DIY Kitchens online without seeing and feeling the actual quality. However, having gone around various competitors and comparing prices we were willing to take the risk and are so glad we did. We managed to get a new cooker and freezer and sink with the money we saved buying the units from DIY Kitchens. They were really helpful from start to finish and every last little piece we needed was delivered on time. From dealing with other online companies we were expecting a few hiccups but this was not the case and as a little bonus the company sent us a pack of lovely Yorkshire tea and biccies!

We love our Clayton kitchen it’s such great quality and so stylish. We had had quotes from other companies, which were quite eye watering. But after hearing about DIY kitchens through Instagram we decided to investigate further. We visited the newly opened show room and we were so impressed. Not just the amazing kitchen layouts, but the very helpful and interested staff. Free coffee also a bonus. We ordered our kitchen in stages as we were involved in a complete renovation. It was delivered with the units ready to install not flat packed which made fitting so easy. We were so impressed with the quality and look of our now fabulous kitchen. We would definitely recommend DIY kitchens. And the extra bonus was the price.

Good quality kitchen and the bespoke colour is a very good match. The company would benefit from an in-house design service as we paid an outside person for this. The delivery team were good and helpful. We had an issue with one of the doors but this was replaced quickly with no fuss. Overall a good experience.

I used DIY kitchens for my new utility room and found both the ease of configuring the room and the quality of the product to be very good. Will definitely be using DIY kitchens again in future!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience using DIY Kitchens. The build quality is genuinely superior to anything I’ve seen from their competitors — solid, well‑made units that feel built to last. The range of styles and colours is huge, so it’s easy to find something that suits every taste.

Their online kitchen planning tool made the whole process simple and stress‑free, and whenever I had a question, the team were incredibly responsive and helpful over email. It’s rare to find a company that combines great products with great service, but DIY Kitchens absolutely delivers.

Absolutely love my Helmsley kitchen and Bramley utility room. I used an independent designer and submitted the plan to DIY who created the basket for me, this was super simple and then once the order was placed someone from DIY checked it all over and pointed out a few errors I'd made. Delivery drivers were great, quality of the kitchen is great. I had a couple of damaged items and one unit which was sent in the wrong height but it was all resolved really quickly. I had a great experience and just order a kitchen from DIY for my Nan too!

My only suggestion for improvement would be the possibility of being able to select a specific 2 day delivery slot, wouldn't expect this to be free even if it was an additional charge. It would allow the use of trades to be booked in more efficiently than the current week window provided by DIY

Perfect quality. The showroom is exceptional. Best priced for the quality. The desktop app is easy to use, the freedom to design feels great. You can phone up the support line and they'll guide you helpfully with any design questions you're having. They even send you a box with some Yorkshire Tea and flapjacks in with your kitchen delivery. Every step of the way is brilliant. Cannot recommend enough.

Quick and easy process. Cheaper than other retailers by a mile - LOVED that the units came pre built and the show rooms were such an incredible space we even brought our children to look and had complementary refreshments and staff couldn’t help us enough - 10/10 Will alway reccomend

I’m so glad I went with DIY Kitchens. It is honestly so refreshing to find a company that doesn't play those "80% off" sales games and just gives you a fair, honest price from the start.
​The online design tool was really easy to use, and having a professional from their team look over everything before I finalized the order gave me a lot of peace of mind.
​The quality of the cabinets is top notch too. My kitchen fitter hadn't actually heard of them before, but he was so impressed with the build that he’s already started recommending them to his other clients. Definitely worth it!

Superb experience from start to finish. It was a pleasure to deal with DIY kitchens, from the amazing showroom to the quality of the kitchen who my fitter (a master carpenter) said was so much better quality than so many of the supposed 'high end' providers out there. Saved over £12,000 by choosing DIY kitchens over Howdens and Wren.

I've deleted my original review and upgraded it to 3 stars from 1. Spoke to Becci on the phone, who was excellent btw, and she has partially restored my faith in DIY kitchens. So hopefully the remedy materials that Becci is going to send out will do the job. Thank you Becci for your help.

We purchased our kitchen a couple of years ago and it still looks like new which is testament to the great quality. The price was good too, so we’re happy that we went with DIY Kitchens.

Have had my new DIY Kitchen fitted for a year now and have loved it since day one! Quality of DIY is exceptional, and at half the price quoted by competitors! Their staff were always helpful and responsive to my queries. Highly recommend!

Good quality preassembled units. Thick back boards not just hardboard. I got two unglued so I could modify them myself. Order arrived undamaged and in the time scale quoted. Company was very helpful when I phoned them to check how to design my room. Design tool takes a bit of getting used to, but persever the end result is well worth it.

The planner was really easy to use and this is where the order was generated from. Great range of kitchens to chose from and choice of colours. Quality is excellent and the kitchen is looking as fresh as the day it was fitted. Great quality, great price, great delivery and all round service

We absolutely love our new kitchen from DIY Kitchens. From the moment we started planning, we were impressed by the exceptional quality and the wide choice of unit configurations available. It meant we could design a layout that perfectly suited our space and how we use our kitchen every day.

Some of our favourite features are the clever larder corner unit and the large drawers in the high storage cupboards, which make organising everything so much easier and keep the kitchen looking beautifully tidy.

The fitting of the quartz worktop and stunning waterfall island was carried out to an excellent standard and really finishes the kitchen perfectly. It has become the real centrepiece of our home.

Another thing that really stood out was the service. Every component of the order arrived on time and exactly as expected, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

We also made significant savings compared to other kitchen suppliers, yet the quality of the kitchen is just as good – if not better. It truly feels like we’ve achieved a high-end kitchen at a very competitive price.

I cannot reccomend this company highly enough. We went for one of their wood door kitchens and the quality is fantastic. Their kitchen design software is really easy to use (and actually kinda fun), thier customer support team are really helpful during design. The kitchen is well packed when delivered, wih clear instructions provided on fitting. Their customer aftercare is also efficient and hassle free.

Good quality product and good prices. layout tool is a bit buggy but still very good. Had some damaged parts and incorrect manufacturing hence 4*(blank on the wrong side of cupboard) which were very quickly dealt with. packing of rear corners need attention to avoid damage. worktop install by natural stone faultless. would definitely recommend.
