DKB Lanarkshire Avis 

We have just had our ensuite upgraded by DKB Glasgow and are extremely happy with everything they have done! Steve came out to the house to give us a quote and we also visited the brand new show room to see the range of products available.

We decided to set a date for the work to be completed whilst we were away on holiday and Richard and his team worked long days to ensure everything was done in 3 days. When we returned, everything was immaculate, from the tiling to the finishing touches and we were both delighted. We have already recommended them to friends and work colleagues and our neighbours were so impressed with everything they are considering using them for their own bathroom in the near future. Steve also gave us ideas for our kitchen so can’t wait to book them in to get that done too!

I recently had my bathroom and kitchen carried out by Discount Kitchens and Bathrooms, and for what I paid, I am thrilled with the designer quality and appearance of my home.
The sales (before and during) care was fantastic, but I have to say I was surprised that their aftercare was so friendly too.
I feel I have been treated as a VIP start to finish and I can call them up anytime with a question.
I would recommend this company most definitely.
Plus, they don't harass me on the phone.

We take responsibility for some of the issues. For example we chose the fittings from a brochure and did not see them properly until fitted. They were ok but not of the highest quality. The extraction we wanted was not possible and £50 was taken off but this did not reflect the labour saved by not putting a hole in a 3 foot stone wall. We didn't argue this but it didn't seem right. Tiling and plastering however were excellent. Shower surround was not flush with shower base and this was blamed on the walls not being straight but they had plastered, boarded and tiled them???? . Toilet seat was changed on the last day to an oval one on a square toilet?? Freestanding floor tap and shower knob are wobbly. Reported these things to Steve ( front man - charming and charismatic) but nothing was done but then we had paid up so I suppose we should not be surprised. There was a lot of plastering and tiling which was done very well (old tenement). Overall it looks good but not sure the fittings will last.. We paid £8500. We went for a company to do everything because it had worked well when we had our kitchen done ( different firm) but in future I would be more careful about seeing the products in a showroom first.
