I've been on the lookout for a way to optimize my fitness regimen for some time. Weight loss has been a struggle, so I believed that the fitness program might be an excellent solution. After receiving my results, I had a conversation with my personal trainer, and together, we've crafted an exciting fitness routine that's customized to my specific needs. IT WAS TOTALLY OPPOSITE.

China India what the heck no a drop of blood from those countries totally wrong. My family is from Spain and Portugal . So wrong

I'd give them less than one star if possible. I sent in my activated test kit on october 10, 2015. Never heard back from them. I went to their website again today, only to find they've closed it down. If you want your results, it states, email us and we will answer in 30 days. What, the last four and a half months weren't time enough for you to respond?

I and my husband did the ancestry.com DNA test and it said that I had no Native American ancestry when in fact my 3rd and 4th ggrandmothers were both Native American. I took the DNA test with DNA Spectrum and not only did it say I have Native American ancestry but Jewish ancestry as well. I would recommend this company to anyone and have. Thank you sooo much.

We bought DNA Ancestry for our son for Christmas and the results were entirely wrong (100% Ecuadorian and we are of Irish/German descent). When I called for an explanation, the company was puzzled as well and promised to put a research team on the task to see why these unusual results were produced. They promised to call back within several days. Weeks passed, no word. I called three other times and again was promised a return phone call each time, and now three months later, have yet to receive any response from the company. A complete waste of money. I would emphatically recommend going with another more established ancestry research company.

Just Got my results, and was surprised to see my ancestry tree. Planning to have some more advanced tests to get a deeper view.

Quick response, great communication.. Questions answered thouroughly. After receiving the package I had multiple question. Their customer service answered and walked me through them all. A little slow on getting the shipment, but overall will recommend to friends.

I started with the ancestry test, it was pretty cool and I found out about where my family is from around the world. But I just got my fitness results and I'm super stoked.

Extremely happy with my purchase. Please note YOU do need to do your own research after this test, this test does not give you tribe or a definite on where mom or dad come from. However, this test did give me a great starting point. I always had an inclination toward a cretin culture (with no reason at all) and sure enough that's exactly what the test showed my ancestors came from. The results have been a great shock to the family, we are excited to find out more! This gave our family an opportunity to talk, and exchange information. If I would have brought this up without the test results, my extended family would have shut me down. Since I have proof, now everyone is excited about it! Great company! Great customer service!!

Summary:
I go to the gym 2-4 times a week and I am always looking for ways to stay in shape. I would recommend this test not only for people who want to lose weight or get in shape, but for people who want to maintain.

Details:
I received my kit in two days and sent it back the same day. I got a notification that my results were ready the next week and to activate my account to view the results.

I received my results on their website that showed my "genotypes" along with explanations each meant for me. Under my "Genetic Body Profile" I learned how each gene affects my body and my strengths and weaknesses. Under the "Activities" section I compared exercises, which they call "activities", that I normally would do and found what works best for me. Some of the activities that I have been doing fell outside of my recommended range so I looked for more exercises they suggested would work for me. In the "Calendar" section I entered in my activities to make sure I met my "gFit Goal" which appears to be a combination of exercises, durations and intensities recommended for me specifically. My favorite section is "Advanced" where I can view my "Fitness Body Profile" for more specific information on my body and how I need to exercise. In this section they have things like muscle fiber ratio, BMI and intensity versus strength.

It has only been one week since I got my results but I highly recommend this test based on the price and amount of personalized information I received. It's the best test I found for fitness.

P.S. I will update this after following the exercise routine for a month or two.

Just got this but so far it's pretty cool. They took a cheek swab, and analyzed it at their laboratory to tell me what type of exercises and activities I should be doing. There is a fair amount of detailed information but the simple part is on the first two pages. It took about 2 week to get my sample back so 1 star off for making me wait.

I have been for looking a way to maximize my fitness program for sometime. I seem to have a problem with weight loss so I thought that the Fitness program would be a great fit. After receiving my results I spoke with my personal trainer and we have come up with a great fitness routine based on my results. I am so excited that this product has finally been created!

The results were outstanding. I have a good idea of who I am and how I fit into the world culture. The kit was super nice and I put my map into a nice frame for my office.

I have always been quite healthy and generally fit, but as I get older, I can see that the pounds have started to catch up to me. Never having been a big exercise person, I decided to do a DNA test to see what sort of exercise would benefit me more. My results came back that I need to do more moderate to intense exercises, that will improve my strength and burn body faster. Simple. I have started doing these exercises, which are recommended in my profile and so far, so good! I'd highly advise taking this test to anyone.

I have stored my family's DNA and took the ancestry test. Excited to see the new fitness and exercise offering.

Their ancestry test goes into more detail than other's I've found and their Fitness test is brand new. I found it really useful. I wish there was a better way to share my results with my trainer though.
