Good range of plants and other stock. Staff very helpful, but seem to be overworked. Need a few more.

The place must’ve been shortstaffed. The staff that were there were busy at the till and couldn’t be found anywhere else. So there was no way to get help with your purchases.

Great range, all staff excellent knowledge and very helpful in all sections, café fabulous best latte I’ve had in years, great customer experience and good prices in store, made my choices so easy, Beaconsfield store fabulous

I am not a brilliant gardener but I needed to cheer up the plant pots outside my house. I also needed advice and at Dobbies I got it, very good advice. A lady on the till asked a plant specialist to help me choose my plants. He was well informed. He soon got the idea of what I wanted. He was patient and gave me choice. He was excellent. I returned to the lady at the till who again was very pleasant and arranged for someone to assist me put the plants, gravel and soil in my car. I was a most enjoyable visit and when I looked at my bill I noticed I got a couple of offers. You can't ask for more. Thank you

really helpful staff went above and beyond to help. Dobbies had everything I needed and more and also great membership offer saving lots of money.

While the new position for coffee etc will be good in the summer, it is not good when the wether is cold. The access door to the outside seating causes problems for those with walking difficulties and does not close properly.

Looking for shrubs for a new bare garden

The selection was very good we got most of plants on our list there was plenty of staff and anyone we asked a question was knowledgeable and very helpful

We had bought some shrubs and realised that they were too small and would grow slowly. There was no problem to swap them for others…..assistant was very patient and helpful.

Visited Dobbies to pick up some early Winter Festival gifts. Also availed of the sale and got a plant for school’s sensory garden. Had a lovely chat with the manager who pointed out another offer. The shop looks fabulous after its recent do-over. A shame we’ve lost the wonderful cafe but if it wasn’t making sufficient money to operate then sadly changes had to be made. Always a pleasure visiting this Dobbies - the very friendly and helpful staff are its greatest asset.

We visited Dobbies Beaconsfield to buy some winter quilt material for our plants and to get our Sept drinks. We found appropriate quilting and even a member of staff to cut the length we wanted: that is itself fairly unusual, as this branch seems increasingly to lack visible staff. But the staff member serving at the drinks counter (the small cafe in this branch having been withdrawn) was surly and seemed most uninterested in her job. And gave little better than half measures!
We have been customers since Dobbies took over from Wyevale and have to say that, with the exception of the branch manager (who is helpful), the number of staff seems to have reduced, along with the withdrawal of the cafe: you need to do better.

You advertised 20% of everything yet when I bought some reduced goods it was not taken off it should say everything except reduce goods so it wasn’t 20% off everything which a lot of my friends were very upset about in future please do a proper poster

Very good products and service but slightly expensive. The nice cafe has been spoiled by moving it from a pleasant, quiet spot to an area alongside the busy A40. This was certainly not done for customer benefit, hardly any room to sit inside either.

Okay visit - bought a few things, but the sense I got was of stock levels being low / reduced, and items listed online as not being available were actually available! Gives appearance of reduction in the range being carried and of poor stock control. Plus cafe offer is much reduced and quality of coffee has gone down. Is this just economic pressure or is it heading for closure? Hope I'm wrong.

Pleasant staff as always, but disappointed at the reduction of the restaurant, certainly at this garden centre.
