Excellent plants on show. Great selection of herbs and vegetables

Cafe was good as ever and the plants sweet peas were in good condition

All was good. I have better things to do.

Lovely afternoon tea in the cafe. Too much to eat all at once. Tasty bread for the sandwiches. At least four bite size pieces of cake and two large scones each. Delicious. Prompt service having pre
-booked.

Frequent visitors to Dobbies at Hare Hatch. This visit was for compost and an Acer, good selection of plants. Also had cheese scone and tea in the restaurant, friendly staff. I would also highly rate the Dobbies Plus Card, very good value and well worth having.

Cheerful staff, good selection of products, tidy layout. Sainsburys is a fantastic addition. Dog friendly cafe!

Everything I wanted was there and checkout was speedy

I had a wonderful breakfast with fantastic service and then was able to find and purchase everything that I came for

Great Garden Centre & restaurant has some lovely baked treats! Garden Centre staff were so friendly, helpful and informative.
Unfortunately, the restaurant staff were a quite unwelcoming (Sunday 27 March). We felt as though they were doing us a favour by taking our order. Rather disappointing - and in complete contrast to the rest of the team!

Disappointed to find my coffee credits removed without any notice. You get two stars for the lovely restaurant staff though.

I met a friend for coffee in the cafe as I do quite often. Again the service was disorganised and very slow. In fact we wanted a second coffee and after waiting for 35 minutes for the queue to diminish we took a chance as there were only 3 people ahead of us. However it took 15 minutes to be served. The staff just do not see to know what they are doing most of the time. There are a few exceptions to the rule though. We are now planning to go elsewhere in future. You can do a great deal better. Also yet again there was no cream for the scones.

My wife and myself like your garden centre and the caf'e we are always treated well and the staff are helpful and polite. We are little disappionted in the food hall it seems to hold more class foods than basics and seems to try and be more like a Sainsbury's superstore than a convenience store, but that does not take away the liking of the garden centre. Thank you for your service.

Team are freindly and helpful, I always enjoy browsing especially in your original shop in Edinburgh, I am hopeful my local branch in Twyford will grow to be as popular

We went for lunch and bought something in the shop which I cannot remember after 3 weeks. It was disappointing to find fish and chips were sold out before 1.0pm. If this is a popular choice why have so little available. We did however choose something else. Our table was clean but the floor was far from clean. There was food and drink spilt on the floor. I pointed this out to the young man who brought our food to the table but nothing was done about it.

We went to Hare Hatch garden centre just after Christmas, was sitting in the cafe having a drink, a male staff member was clearing the tables, he had a green cleaning cloth and spray, the cloth fell on the floor, and to my horror, he was going to start to wipe a table with it, I did say to him that the cloth had been on the floor, and he would not listen to me, walked away with a rack of dirty dishes , with the cloth on the rack, when I got to the counter to pay for my goods, I spoke to the lady on the till and told her what had happened, told me that they were nothing to do with the cafe, but would go down and speak to someone, where was this guys training about Covid and Hygiene.
