Popped into buy a tray of violas staff very welcoming , happy young lady served me at the till, thank you

Debbie’s at shinfield near Reading restaurant would not take vouchers , till would not accept them for same reason, you only get one month to us them, I don not know when I will be returning to Dobbies had a scone and tea there, scone was not very good a hard scone.

Great garden centre at Shinfield, Reading. Lots to see & buy. Good selection for Christmas. Great cafe. Nice staff & food.

Only down side are the outside toilets.

Will continue to visit during 2022 & look forward to their selection of plants for next year's bedding.

Excellent! The assistant even went to the lengths of going off and finding the correct envelope for the card I purchased.

We came to buy a few things and use the recent vouchers received. We did more than that, looking around saw some Xmassy things and some practical household items we could use as well as some plants. Staff were very helpful and if time permitted would have stayed for longer - an enjoyable experience.

Avoid avoid avoid dobbies cafe, I ordered a brunch and had a plate of food that look like a 10 year old had made. Over cooked sausages, chips, hard egg and dried up beans. Normally I would of sent it back but waiting for 40 minutes I couldn’t be bothered. I didn’t touch the food and told the waitress to take it and I left.

While walking out I heard other customers complaining. 😳

I always enjoy an outing to Dobbies.
On our recent visit we enjoyed endless delicious coffees in the restaurant and then yummy sandwiches and baked potatoes for lunch. then some early Christmas shopping which provided ideas on top of the already decided-upon gifts.
The store was beautifully decorated for Christmas with tempting decorative options on sale.
I will be returning before Christmas for another one or or two enjoyable shopping trips.

Amazing help from outdoor garden worker. Happily put my flagstones from the yard to my car. Love going there... I get my free coffee and spend a fortune but go home happy. Thank you team Reading Dobbies.

Nothing is too much trouble when you visit Dobbies garden centre - friendly & helpful staff available to answer any questions or for gardening advice.
Wide range of products available inside too including amazing gifts for every occasion!
And something for every furry animal friend too.
If you need some refreshments during your visit to Dobbies there is the lovely cafe available too.

Happened several times !!

For the last two times I visited the Hyde End Road branch with my wife and my Dobbies loyalty card was not recognised in the restaurant. This is very annoying.

Slight error in last purchase by Dobbies which was
put right and I was given a credit. No hassle or fuss.
Always enjoy going to Dobbies.
