Genuine Honda at a great price and excellent service, what's not to like!

Had a issue with a motorbike could do enough to put it right, the workshop manager very helpful can't recommend enough

Ordered some Richa gloves, turned up quickly and website was easy to navigate.
They were the wrong size and were exchanged for the correct size no problems and both Nick and Beth were very friendly and helpful.

Paul made my trade in and purchase of new Goldwing painless. All my questions were answered as he has the knowledge and is confident in his product. Collection was a breeze although i waited till the salt was off the roads. Thanks Paul for convincing me to upgrade yet again!

Extremely friendly and helpful company to deal with, especially as it was all done over the phone. I was even told that I could phone out of hours (up to 10pm) if I needed to. I was told that new stock was due at the end of Jan and I received a call on Friday 30th to say they would deliver on Monday which they did after contacting me with a very accurate delivery time. The driver couldn't have been more pleasant either. A very enjoyable experience from start to finish. I will be recommending them to my friends.

My experience at Dobble was strange and underwhelming. I had booked an appointment only to view a specific second-hand bike, but when I arrived it appeared the bike had been prepared as if I was there to collect it, rather than simply view it. On arrival, I was left waiting around 30–45 minutes to see the salesman I had booked in with. A young lady was very welcoming, offered me a coffee, and kindly offered to look after my gear while I walked around the local area while waiting, which I appreciated. Eventually, another gentleman from across the road came to see me, but he mistakenly took me to look at a new bike instead of the used one I had booked to view. Once this confusion was cleared up, he took me back across the road, through the warehouse, anD to the correct bike.

The whole process felt disorganised. The bike had clearly been serviced and made ready as though it was due to be handed over that day, despite me only booking a viewing. The salesman showed little knowledge of the bike, didn’t offer a test ride or further information, and I had to ask him to fetch the key and start it. At no point did I feel like a valued customer. I’ve purchased Hondas before and always had excellent experiences, but this visit didn’t reflect that standard at all.

I won’t go into full detail, but the finance process also felt awkward, and in the end I decided to purchase the bike outright instead. On delivery, the bike was dropped off with around 45 minutes’ notice and a call when outside, which I did appreciate, but there was very little interaction or handover. I love the bike itself, but if it wasn’t for the price, I wouldn’t repeat this process.
