Absolutely love the Doddle service! I've used for both receiving parcels and sending them back.
With the Doddle service you're kept up to date on the delivery of your order, and when it's time to collect, it's just so easy and convient to pick up. I've sent one parcel back and I didn't need to do anything, I just put my items back in the bag they came in and they do the rest! Would highly recommend!
Absolute rubbish, untrained understaffed supermarket staff (Morrisons Wellingborough) together with doddle deliveries left on counter as single staffed Morrisons person can't cope with Doddle, Tobacco & Lottery. You can wait 10 minutes in a queue and only then will they go to Doddle. I have seen my parcel on the FRONT counter that the staff hasn't had time to check in and then wait another 10 minutes for the Doddle text! The worst so far is 2 weeks delay as my parcel had missed check in by the staff! AVOID at all costs!

DO NOT USE DODDLE FOR AMAZON RETURNS!!!!! THEY ARE USELESS. NO CONFIRMATION THE ITEM WAS DROPPED OFF WITH THEM. NOT POSSIBLE TO TRACK THE RETURN. NIGHTMARE!!!

Doddle are useless. I wasn’t able to track my parcel due to a glitch! The retailer hadn’t received my parcel after 15 days after my return. Doddle were very unhelpful so I told them I would report the incident to Watchdog. Within 2 hours they were miraculously able to confirm my parcel was at there hub and that they would liaise with the retailer. Now they have taken responsibility for the lost parcel and I am able to get a refund. Worst customer relation experience.
My parcel seems to be lost, tried to return to morrisons on one day, told machine locked to another customers order as they couldn't find it, tried another day, eventually they scanned my qr code, put my parcel in their 'bin' was not given a receipt and now its lost!!!!

What Doddle did and what doddle now do is totally different. Got arms full of parcels that you want to mail. Nope. You need to pre print everything with Hermes now.
Useless to me now.

I dropped off an Amazon return of chrome towel holder at Morrison's Cambourne several months ago. It was never sent back to Amazon now lost inn the system and I'm now out of pocket. Won't use again.......ever.

Absolutely useless staff. Tried to collect amazon parcel but despite showing up with confirmation of order email from Amazon and my ID they won't release my parcel to me. Took me an hour to sort out speaking to amazon customer service. For a service that is meant to make life easier, it really doesn't!!!
Today I've been in Doddle Kiosk in Morrison Shop to Collect My Items, and the employer named Dijana was Absolutely Brilliant, Kind and Helpfull.

Usually there is always a doddle point local, meaning that it’s often quick to return packages. Staff I’ve encountered have always been friendly and happy to help. They do most of the work for returning the order for you, making it easier than ever to return packages. A great service which is also free to my knowledge!
I live in a block of flats with a communal Post Room. Deliveries often go missing, with items "accidentally" picked up by others...so by far the best thing is for me to arrange to collect from my local Doddle which is in the centre of town.
Absolutely brilliant service, no more "lost" items - thank goodness for Doddle!
Simple service to negotiate, polite staff, fast and efficient delivery and returns systems.

Easy and convenient way to send back returns, deliver Ebay items, or collect orders form so many retailers.
I have found it difficult on several occasions where Amazon haven't sent the code for me to be able to collect my parcel. Then the service at the counter is very unhelpful with me.
It would be easier to be able to collect the parcel with ID and the confirmation email from Amazon etc if the code is not available.
Once my parcel had been at the store for 4 days before the code was received for me to collect and this is turn made the parcel which was a gift late.
Changing rooms make this superior to competitors. Collect item, try them in the changing rooms, return unwanted items. Just like that, and I don't have the lug a big order home just to bring the whole thing back again when I realise I hate my entire order!
To Amazon customers, avoid choosing doddle collection points!!!
My parcel has been delivered to doddle Morrisons store but again I haven't get DC number (picup code) Pay extra money for fast delivery now my parcel stuck in Morrisons. Doddle customer service is very bad still wait for answer.
