Will not provide contact details or complaints procedure.
Paid bill in full despite seeking an explanation whilst the issue was explained /resolved all I got was nonsense and rudeness in reply and have now been told further correspondence will be dealt with next week.
Paid in Full Despite Disputed Charges & Unprofessional Insults
"My experience with DolmanScott has been deeply disappointing, involving unclear billing and highly unprofessional conduct from the owner, Richard.
Initially, I was invoiced for £220 for setup services, which I paid promptly and in full. I was then presented with a second, unexpected invoice for an additional £169 for what seemed to be the same services.
When I politely asked for a clear, itemised breakdown to understand this extra charge, my request was met with rudeness and evasion. Richard refused to provide the documentation or a proper complaints procedure.
To show good faith and move forward, I have now paid this disputed £169 as well. Despite having paid in full, I am still waiting for a justification for the charge.
Most concerningly, Richard responded to my initial review by publicly and falsely claiming I had "difficulty in listening." This is a complete fabrication. Our communication was conducted almost exclusively via email, a method I insist on for all my business dealings to ensure perfect clarity and avoid any misunderstandings. For him to invent a conversation that never happened is a clear attempt to deflect from his company's confusing billing. (((I have decide to share the fact I told him I am deaf and wear two hearing aids something which I do not broadcast, hence all email communication is my preference))))
I have paid every penny demanded of me, yet have been met with insults and dishonesty. I would advise anyone considering this company to be extremely cautious."
Update he now claims to have offered to refund the £169.00 which he hasn't this is after I ve told him it is not about the money ot is about his unhelpful evasive nasty behavioir. Still waiting for home to show me proof of any offer. I on the other hand am able to back up every single word ive said. Hopefully his employer will pick up this issue and deal with him.

No explanation , no apology just a reissue of a proposal I declined, no new proposal, no proof of phone calls he claimed had , no proof of the refund he claimed he offered and I refused and said he may have withdrew it because if caustic email. OH ! But he did say he will take down his offensive insulting email about me if I take down my fully evidenced accurate review of his business. Pretty sure Trustpilot have a policy on such practice. Next step started small claims court proceedings on 11th Nov if he doesnt address my genuine complaint and comply wkth the pre court letter.
