I first contacted Donna to arrange a valuation for my mother in laws home in Cwmbran and I could tell straight away that her main focus was providing excellent service and support. Donna went completely over and above our expectations and made the process from start to finish a lot less stressful. Donna kept in contact with us throughout the sale and there was never a time where I couldn’t reach her (Even after 6pm or on a Sunday!)

Donna has been absolutely fantastic. My elderly mother was moving (100 miles) to be nearer to us. This simply wouldn't have been possible without the support Donna provided. She was efficient organised and friendly and had the process from for sale to sold wrapped up within 2 weeks with the top end of the market price secured. We would never of had this level of efficiency or personable service from anyone else. she was on hand to help mum because we couldn't be there due to logistics.
