Brilliant and very easy process to order a part for my door. All sorted in a couple of emails and part will arrive tomorrow so fast delivery as well.

I have received excellent service from Sophie and the team at DoorStop. We had a dispute between ourselves and the installer regarding a front door from DoorStop. Sophie went above and beyond to resolve the issues caused by the installer. All through the process Sophie's communication was excellent. Always prompt reply to emails and always available to chat on the phone. They didn't have to deal with us direct but they did. I can't stress how helpful Sophie was. It's because of Sophie and the team we got all the issues resolved well above our expectations. Thank you so much DoorStop.

Moved into a bungalow just over 3 years ago, all doors & windows had been replaced by Horsham Windows 2 years previously at a cost of £22,000. The doors were supplied by Door-Stop International, of the 3 composite doors, only one 5 years on is in an acceptable condition. The garage back door is suffering from complete adhesion failure of the rosewood grained finish. The side door is badly warped & I have had to fit additional draught excluder to fill the gaps. I contacted Horsham Windows who told me that there was only 5 years guarantee on rosewood finish doors, so that was that. I don't know who made the UVPC back patio doors, but they are warped & let the draught in badly. I had another company in to look at the patio doors, after 2 days they informed me that the patio doors needed replacing.
I now face some very large bills that I did not expect

I needed to purchase replacement glass for my front door, and Eve was fantastic at helping me in this regard as the glass was a special order. Easy to make my purchase and fast delivery. I would certainly recommend this company

So I had doors fitted some time ago and the sealing strips on the frame were fraying. Luckily the name of DoorStop was on the side of the door and a phone call, email with a couple of photos sorted the matter very easily. Thanks to Eve who was involved

I needed a hinge screw for my front door, I could not find one anywhere, but when I contacted this company they went above and beyond and found me the screw and sent it out to me free of charge.
In this day and age you normally do not get anything for free.

I sent an email regarding replacement door seals on Saturday 16th Dec and Eve replied Monday morning with all the answers i needed. i replied to increase the order and about 10 minutes later t was all sorted.

Its nice to use a company and get great service as its hard to find these days and i would like to thank Eve for all her help.

I work for building firm in west Sussex and we order many doors and parts from doorstop and have done for many years, we find the service made all that easier with the help of Eve Stokes who works for you, she is patient and does her best to help us with any issues and i would honestly be lost without her help since i joined this company, unfortunately we live in an age where people are quick to complain so i just wanted to pass on my thanks to how lucky you are to have Eve at the helm.

Bought 2 Doorstop composite doors from a retailer 5 years and 2 months ago. After 5 years and a month the outer skin on one door (full sun) started to blister and peel. the second door (partial sun) also has evidence of minor peeling at this stage. The doors are "woodgrain" finish.
We contacted the retailer who in turn contacted Doorstop, their reply stated the door was outside warranty and therefore no further remedial action will be taken. I contacted Doorstop directly who said they would help but only through the reseller due to "data protection" . The end result is they would still do nothing about it.
We were under the impression these doors had a 10 year warranty but the small print says woodgrain is only guaranteed for 5 years ..... therefore not 5 years and 1 month as in our case!
From this it seems the life expectancy of these doors is not a "lifetime" but 5 years and 1 month
To say we are disappointed in this product is an understatement. Be very wary when buying from them, look elsewhere would be my recommendation.
PLEASE NOTE that many resellers / retailers supply this brand of door, please check before purchase!

I emailed the company on Wednesday with photos of a rubber door seal that I needed to replace and had an email back on the same day confirming they could supply it. I ordered it on Thursday and it arrived the following day. Fantastic service.
