Would Absolutely Recommend
I’m thrilled with my custom door which was made to fit my existing stained glass. The whole team were exceptional and didn’t miss a single enquiry. Even the delivery driver was friendly.
Compared to how much a joiner would have charged to make this door, I consider it fantastic value for money.
The door also arrived pretty much exactly on the 10 week schedule I was promised.

No complaints at all.

Fitting Hanpstead hardwood external door
Very pleased overall with this purchase - top quality door. I had to take 2mm of each side - no problem. Very well enginnered door, well constructed and very smooth finish. Three minor niggles preventing 5*. 1. the panel pins used to tack in the loose beadiing, many of these were nailed in at the incorrect angle. If a fitter just followed the angle of these tacks..then glazing would be cracked when fitting. 2. Quality of taping around glazed units leaves a lot to be desired! 3. I don't like the BS standard marks in the corners of the glass -these are very noticeable and detract from a perfect finish and view.

We also appreciate your comments regarding the temporary beading pins and tape. The beading is only lightly pinned in place for transport and is intended to be removed during finishing and glazing, before being securely re-fitted during installation. The protective tape can also be removed if preferred, although we do recommend taking care as the glass edges can be sharp.
With regard to the BS markings on the glass, these are a legal requirement on toughened safety glass and are applied as part of the manufacturing process. They are made to be as unobtrusive as possible, but they can't be omitted.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Were very helpful with providing trim tolerances, so I didn't damage the door, too. They had the best price of the door I (my wife) wanted, and delivery comms were elite level, and the delivery driver was very friendly. Well done, team - it's refreshing to have such a good experience.

Good Value for Money, Hassle Free Purchase
Bought a stable door with frame and glass from Doordeals and I was impressed with the value for money. The information on the site was thorough, enabling me to feel confident the door could be used in a non-standard way (opening outwards) which is not always possible with stable doors. Delivery was efficient - we agreed a date then they narrowed that down to a 3 hour window the day before. The driver (Tamas) was friendly and helpful.

Excellent experiance
Placed my order in early April, but the door was out of stock, Steve, contacted my to explain this and offered me a full refund, as the door would not be in until June. I decided to keep the order open, and await delivery, and I am so glad I did. The door was delivered today and it is outstanding, the quality is second to none, the delivery was excellent, the door is in perfect condition. The whole experience of dealing with Doordeals has been painless, there customer service and prices are both excellent. I will be returning to them for further orders.
