I ordered a pair of rebated doors and 2 sets of door handles from Door to Floors and after 10/11months one of the set door handles developed a fault. I dealt with Ish and he arranged a replacement for next day delivery. Good service from this firm when ever I have had to get intouch and always communicate back by phone/email. Good prices too.

Had a few questions and concerns about my order and was left feeling like the customer service team wasn’t really interested and I was just being fobbed off.
I know what good customer service feels like after dealing with many different trades and companies throughout the build and I’m very disappointed with this experience.
Definitely won’t shop here again.

Great experience with the team at Doors2Floors!

After being supplied a pair of doors that were completely different batches by Deanta through another supplier, I managed to source a matching door from Doors2Floors who had a door in stock from the old batch.

The guys were extremely patient and professional with all my questions and messages. Highly recommended.

This company is amazing, they are so customer focus and are great at communicating with customers. They have made my transaction very easy and I’m one very happy customer. Absolutely superb! From easy ordering to delivery my experience from this company was brilliant. The delivery driver couldn’t have been more helpful, we would definitely use doors2floors again.

From getting advice on doors to ordering it was a very smooth process.

I ordered a total of 6 Walnut Deanta doors which are beautiful and now hung in my home looking lovely!

I dealt with Sufiyan via their company WhatsApp who replied promptly to my enquiries and even offered suggestions which I’m happy I went for in the end. They supply handles and hinges also which is useful but as I had already bought and chosen mine, I can’t comment on that.

The delivery was said to be in 7 working days, however, they came 17 days after ordering. This was somewhat expected as they didn’t stock these particular doors and I was told that a few of them arrived damaged which is why I had to wait longer for the company to replace them. This meant that I had to rebook my joiner though so maybe my advice would be to allow extra time just in case for delivery (which you would do with these kind of items anyway). I must say though that the delayed delivery communications and updates were very useful, put my mind at ease and the delivery was a smooth process also.

I now have beautiful doors hung in my home and love looking at them!

The product is of exceptional quality and the delivery service is always superb. We now have eight doors from Doors to Floors throughout our home and they are much admired by all visitors and guests. Excellent service answered all my questions (typical women didn’t really have a clue apart from what doors I wanted) got hubby to do measurements but apart from that was able to do everything myself. Very knowledgeable and patient with what must of been stupid questions to someone that does this ever day. Doors have just come they are beautiful cannot wait to have them fitted. Excellent service. Price for the floor tiles I wanted was so much cheaper than anywhere else. They had no problem with me picking the tiles up from their showroom and all the staff there were very friendly. Will definitely be going back. Thanks.

Called Doors 2 floors . Made an inquiry about some doors (6 doors ) . Got an answer within an Hour . Best quote , was kept on the loop all the time Till the doors arrived to my project . Ordering again from them is already on my plan for my next project .

Great quality doors and unbeatable prices. I have used them for a couple of years and haven’t had any major issues ( got a replacement for a faulty door). No need to go anywhere else.
