Great service, they ran out of product but notified me,and did the same when it was back in stock.

Received some doors that were poorly finished and bowed. Sent an email and photos to the sales team, no response. Then sent to Alan who I had dealt with during the order, no response. Chased and got a half hearted fob off from Alan disputing most of the issues but telling me they would look into it. Have chased for an update but it’s been over a month and no response at all. Emails received were rude with no apology or acknowledgement of issues. Have used previously but will not use again. Had to use doors but took an extra days labour to rectify the issue. Customer service is non existent.

The team were extremely helpful with my order and even gave a discount on delivery!

Staff in the Newtonabbey store are exceptionally kind and hospitable. They supply a wealth of knowledge and advice. We have shopped there several times and have always enjoyed the service. They see what is the best products you will need and are always cheerful when serving you. Thank to Stephen, David and Gary you made shopping easier.

Went to store seen the wall tiles I liked and decided to buy them. The price on the display was lower than the price on anotherdisplay. So they wanted £150 more than the cost I was willing to pay for seconds. Is this a door store standard practise? There was no meeting in middle or sorry just tough luck pay what we want or leave. I left. Great customer service I think not. So all be aware and double check those prices.

We were in the Newtownabbey store and had a lovely guy called Gary help us with our doors purchase. Gary was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgable.

The quality of the products was exceptional. I made a mistake with my measurements of the dimensions of one of the doors. The customer service advisor, Kieron Birmingham, was helpful and understanding. He was able to assist in providing a replacement door promptly. I will be using Door Store again in the future.

Andy helped me from online order to in store collection - got exactly what I needed. Loaded into vehicle and very friendly and approachable.

Bought new door handles and received excellent service during the purchase. I then changed my mind about the style of handle and returned to the store to see if I could change them. Andy (Newtownabbey store) assisted me to exchange the handles. Really helpful and kind, didn't rush me at all despite a busy store. Thank you for your help, very happy with my new handles!

Great store and brilliant collection of doors. I was after one internal door, I friendly guy called Craig approached and he showed us around a wide variety of doors, I ended up buying 4 internal doors, I asked about wooden floors, he explained about all the floors, long story short, Craig sold me 4 doors and 2 wooden floors..Lol Craig could sell snow to the Eskimos and oil to the Arabs..Thank you Craig fir been very helpful..
