I called into the Newtownabbey store the other day with a door-related problem. I found Andy to be very helpful, and he went out of his way to give me advice.

My husband and I went to the Newtownabbey store this afternoon to inquire about internal doors. First impression was the store contained a wide range of doors which was very pleasing. Secondly I would like to thank Andy for being most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend the Doorstore, Newtownabbey branch.

We bought some Staircasing and Slat wall panelling from the Doorstore. Simon and Gary both went out of there way to look after us and offer the correct advice. We now have had everything fitted and are very happy with the results. Our tradesmen also thought the quality of both products very good. After significant research of LVT Flooring both online and at various suppliers we found the Victorianna Tile Vinyl Click on Flooring Store's easy to use website. Following an exchange of emails and several phone calls with Marc, Kieran and Justin at the Reading store, all of whom have been extremely helpful, I travelled from South Wales to collect our flooring. Excellent service and hoping the product, which appears to be of very good quality, provides us with the right results when it's fitted in the next few weeks.

Buyer beware this company is a sham ordered 3 shaker doors where glass came separately they gave me wrong glass and when I foned them to say I had wanted the glass whitch was advertised they told me I had to reorder on there website at another cost of £150 per door and I had to get my own courrier to send the plain glass back whitch cost £50 a door and if it arrived back to them in one peice they would then refund me asked if they could order it on the fone and was told No they couldn’t do that over the fone very rude and unhelpful and unsympathetic and an absolute ripoff please don’t order from this company as there is no aftercare or customer service

Ordering was an extremely easy process on the website.
Having ordered emails kept me updated along the way.
Delivery details were sent from an actual persons email address. The delivery driver phoned on the day of the delivery with a time and he arrived at the exact time.
I’m so impressed with the service received that I’ve ordered door handles too.
Take a look at this company before you order from any other supplier, you won’t be disappointed.

I recently purchased an older house and am currently renovating the property.
As I needed to replace the interior doors skirting architrave I looked at various outlets to supply the materials. I also intended to remove all the carpets with the exception of the stairs and landing and replace them with wooden flooring.
I called into the Abbey Centre branch of the Door Store and was greeted by a sales man called Robbie.
Robbie was extremely knowledgeable on doors and floors, he took his time to show me their available stock and moved samples to different lights to show me exactly how they looked.
I returned the following day after measuring the rooms and he very quickly and accurately calculated exactly all the materials I required. Robbie also recommend one of their fitters, Ivan to hang the doors fit the floors, architrave etc.
All the work was carried out by Ivan within just 6 days.
I am delighted with the result and the final cost. An excellent sales and professional fitting service and great value.
