I received a message to say that the courier had tried to deliver my package but this wasn’t the case! However, the driver must have sent the message to the wrong person. The package turned up later in the day . The flour was as described.

Lovely flours so nicely packaged and sent.

I'm wheat sensitive... but the spelt flour supplied from Doves farm (i buy a 25kg sack at a time) is superb and my stomach is able to handle the gluten structure of it.

It has encouraged me to bake all my own goods... Having real Pizza bases again after 15+ years of wheat free products is unbelievable!!!!

Great items it’s just a shame delivery and Customer service is bad.

Ordered from them last week. 16kg flour, cereal and 2 x biscuits. Flour arrived without issue but the other items were not delivered. Received an email from DPD to say delayed 2 days in a row.

Contacted DF but did not receive a response.

Finally my package arrived but was damaged and missing items.

Contacted DF but did not receive a response again…

It’s a shame as it good products, I was a repeat customer but won’t order again.

I enjoy using your flour and the family enjoy eating it. It doesn’t last long!

Great website which is easy to navigate. There's a brilliant selection of flour, to suit every use. I chose 3 interesting and unusual bread flours, as I plan to start baking my own bread again (by hand, not in a bread machine). I can literally get everything I need from flours, to yeast.
Everything arrived 48 hours after ordering, well packaged and in good condition in very attractive packaging.
The bags alone look lovely on the shelf. I liked the fact that there is a nice sized cardboard box with clean dry paper to keep everything in place for when it's in the hands of the courier. Flattened out and put back in the box, it'll go into my feed store for the little feral cat to sleep in on icy cold nights.

Had I read some of the reviews beforehand, it might have put me off ordering. However, when I read through them, and see people ranting and angry at the *courier*, yet leaving an undeserved bad reviews about Dove farms instead, I'm glad I didn't.
If I was Dove Farms, I'd be asking Google to remove the reviews not related to the business.
As it happens, the delivery driver was a smiling, friendly Portuguese man, who was delighted when I thanked him in Portuguese :-)

Use all the Heritage Flours and tried lots of the recipes, all have been great.
Spelt, Rye, Emmer and Einkorn are the only flour I use now.
Also all organic, not sprayed with glyphosate really important👍

Apparently when I’ve paid £5 for delivery and the courier pretended to attempt delivery and then on the same day just left it at a drop off point 10 minutes drive from me, that’s totally fine by them. I’ve never had a courier just leave my package in a random place no where near my specified address before. What if I couldn’t drive?

They apparently considered their responsibility as a seller fulfilled.
I asked for a refund of the delivery cost having had to go out and get my order from a shop. They said no. Twice.

I hope that the £5 they saved was worth the loss of a customer for life because that’s a disgraceful attitude in my opinion. Especially when there are so many other options out there to choose from.

28kg of flour was delivered to me last Friday, 26kg had an expiry date for April '26
Not impressed by this short dated experience & when I lifted the 25kg of flour, the bag ripped !
Contacted the company on Friday but no response 😕
A longer date would have been appreciated...
