I along with my wife and daughter visited West Ealing Dreams’s Store bought bed, mattress and wardrobe served by a charming professional well trained staff called Mr Irfan. He was great, amazing wonderful he is a credit to Dreams.

I had a fantastic experience shopping…

I had a fantastic experience shopping with Dreams UK. I’m very happy with my purchase, and the whole process was smooth and enjoyable.

A special mention to Irfan, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience even better. His excellent customer service really stood out.

I would definitely recommend Dreams to others and look forward to making more purchases with them in the future!

I had the mattress exchange gaurantee …

I had the mattress exchange gaurantee and after 1 week after buying bed frame and mattress dreams still charged me £95 extra for delivery charge for the exchange mattress which I also had to pay £90 on top for the upgrade and so I got charged £185 total when I should have only paid £90.
Pathetic Service

Misinformed about recycling but compensated

I recently decided to replace my old sofa with a new sofa bed from Dreams.
Dreams offering a recycling service while delivering, was the key factor for me.
Before placing the order online, I spoke to one of the salesmen at the West Ealing shop in London. I clearly and repeatedly told him my old sofa was a regular sofa, not a sofa bed. After that, I explicitly asked him whether they offered recycling for it as well.
He replied yes, telling me "sure no problem".
Result: when the delivery team came, one of the guys immediately told me they could not collect it, leaving me with one extra sofa in the middle of the room, that will take my time and money to dispose of.

EDIT: after being asked by their customer service to get in touch, they acknowledged the inconvenience caused by giving me the wrong information about collection of old sofas.
For that, they offered me a small compensation that was enough to pay for a private removal service.

I appreciate Dreams admitted the mistake and helped to amend it.

I bought an elevating bed and mattress from 'Dreams' store in Ealing and my sleep has been best in years. The staff were polite and knowledgeable about the products, I was advised on everything I needed to know and I haven't looked back on my purchase. Highly recommended.
