My trainer David H was very polite and understanding, delivered the course clearly and made it intreresting to everyone.

Trainers were excellent. Professional and knowledgable, they engaged with the audience, and made the whole experience interesting, informative and enjoyable.

It was relaxed none judgmental, interactive with different views from other participants which was interesting, also (of cause) very informative , definitely makes you think of the way you drive , come away with a different outlook , would recommend taking the option

Just had a speed awareness course. Was expecting a boring waste of time tick box exercise to avoid points on license. But Shaun with his voluptuous beard was fantastic at delivering the course. He engaged everyone fairly, answered questions properly, and made a chore, a worthwhile enjoyable experience. Obviously he takes pride in his work (and beard) and it showed. Good job 👍

I did the online course through Teams. It was well presented, got everyone involved. It was also very educational. When I passed my test, it wasn't as thougher as it is now, so it has opened my eyes to things I'd probably forgot or things I was unaware of. The consequences of speeding and things you can look out for and do to avoid it. Also the causes and how you can do simple things to avoid speeding. Highly recommend.

Very informative course, and positive experience with lots of techniques to take forward to improve my driving

I was very nervous about completing this course, but honestly think everyone should do one. It was a refresher in speed limits. The stopping distances were shocking and that alone is enough for me to watch my speed. The man who delivered the course was friendly, honest, never made us feel 'told off' and used an appropriate level of humour. The participation, which initially worried me wasnt a problem and opinions on short videos we watched. Very glad I did the course and it has definitely changed my attitude.

A course worth attending, I did mine online. It makes you think, gives some useful information that might have changed since you passed your driving test. Our trainer was very friendly and created a good atmosphere, asked questions, gave good examples to illustrate her points. I'm glad there is a chance to take this course

Course was helpful, informative and well delivered. not too long but gave plenty of food for thought on attitudes and driving performance.

A really concise and informative course which was delivered in a friendly professional manor without judgement. Information was a real eye opener and definitely made me think about some habits that I should look to change

The course was easy to access via teams, and the trainer was professional, friendly and did not talk down to participants. The course was excellent and provided lots of information and interaction to improve and remind one of the effects of speeding and how to promote change in driving attitudes for the better.

The online course was a good experience, delivered by a friendly, respectful trainer (Graham) who obviously cares about what he teaches. He was clear, informative, and good at group facilitating and helping people feel comfortable to participate and the course was well paced which helped the 3 hours go by comfortably.

The Course was well organised and well presented. I learnt a lot,and now know more about road safety. I will drive with more care, and concentration.The trainers engaged the group and gave them the opportunity to ask questions, which helped clarify some areas.

I came to the course thinking it would be ‘heavy going’. I came away having learnt a lot and having been brought up to date on roads, speed and my attitude to road safety. An excellent course which is well presented and draws you in. It should be given to all new drivers, particularly young people.

You have a choice of attending a class or an online option!
I say attend the classroom you learn more when presented by good trainers like Mike and Manning!
But also the input of your fellow attendees!

Completed a speed awareness course with Guy tonight.
Very informative session, Guy was very engaging, respectful and approachable.
Course provided good insight on the choices we make and the repercussions from them. Nice to have a refresher on road layouts and speed zones also.
As good as it was hopefully I won’t find myself back there again!

Drivetech speed awareness course does what it says. Facts are hard to swallow when explained as people take it for granted. Better than points and a fine. Being shown and briefed is a lot better. Information given makes a difference. People will be quietly surprised with certain facts. Course fee a bit pricey but worth it

Signed on in good time registered and the experienced horrendous tech issue. Use teams which is the provider for Drivetech dozens of times a week with no issue. Eventually got kicked out of the course. Terrible tech issues

3 stars as I was attending begrudgingly !

Following an excess of 30 (37) in Surrey I was sent on an awareness course. This I took despite wanting to challenge the fine as I didn't believe I had a fare chance of success
and was concerned about the ongoing stress of it all.

I took the online option , which glitches a little on the day. I was almost put off the course as my image took a while to load through no fault of either the company or I..just one of those things.

You are called a customer and have to yes sir no sir for 3 hrs. There is no time for a real conversation and then it's over

This is an alternative to punishment . Make the course less touchy freely and make the attendees (instead of customers ) realise this
