Do not purchase your car at DriveTime

I went to DriveTime purchase a car on a Saturday by Monday it was stalling when it got to 1st gear. I took it to the shop to try to get it handled they suggested I should get another vehicle as they had my car for 2 days. I take it back to DT they said yes we can swap your SUV. They wanted me to down grade from what I had or GIVE them more $$. I was outraged and the attitudes were thoughtless. When I read reviews about how bad they were I figured they may not be so bad. IF YOUR READING THIS REVIEW DO NOT GO TO DRIVETIME AND WASTE YOUR TIME MONEY OR ENERGY!!! This is a sign for you DON’T DO IT 🛑🛑🛑

Great Decision

At the very beginning i was skeptical as it felt like i was waiting forever. Once I finally made it to the desk everything was moving along nicely. I purchased an SUV with less-than-perfect credit, and when I say Juwan was nothing short of amazing — I mean it! He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend checking him out at DriveTime Cleveland.

I came in scared and a little hesitant to test drive because I didn’t want to be disappointed but Brain Telezhenko was Amazing from the moment he greeted me the was by far the most fastest greatest experience I have had with a sale person or car dealer! I would definitely recommend this…

I would definitely recommend this dealership. I bought a car from here five years ago, which was the day that Covid hit and I still have that car till this day. I’ve never had any major issues up out of it. I bought it with less miles on it and it’s still has less miles on it. I had an awesome experience with the process the first time and I had an awesome experience the second time there has been some changes made, and I like those new changes because you are not at the dealership as long as you used to be. I’m comfortable with the vehicle that I bought and I’m comfortable with the same bank that gave me a second chance so if you’re looking for a good car with a real reliable down payment, please go to drive time out in Maple Heights. You will not leave there unsatisfied

I was very disappointed at the process…

I was very disappointed at the process that I went through in order to purchase my vehicle. The amount of time and money was ridiculous. I started off by calling the Columbus branch to inquire about the vehicle I wanted to buy, I never received a call back. I went to my local branch informed them of the car I wanted. The sales person was really trying to sell me a vehicle I didn’t want. She never reserved the vehicle. I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to get the car that I wanted, and sat there 2 hours to find out the car was sold that morning. After putting a down payment, I then had to get a hotel and rent a car to drive 3 more hours the next day to Michigan to get another vehicle and they wouldn’t even give me a full tank of gas…. I feel like I’ve been punked the entire time…

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I particularly liked the attitude of the salesman in assuring I got the best deal. I as well Luke the no money down.
I recommend Drive time over any other car lot I've been to.

Brian and the team at the Warrenville…

Brian and the team at the Warrenville location were inviting and welcoming. They served me with what I desired and were patient with me. Brian ensured I understood everything I was getting and showed me all my options. They were quick and professional. Working with this team was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I was in there for maybe 2 1/2 hours, maybe. So I enjoyed my exercise and will recommend it to others. (Warrenville, OH location)

Just woke up frustrated

Just woke up frustrated. Just bought a 2015 Infiniti QX60 from this place a month ago. Two days later I hear a winning noise. Take it in to get it checked out. And quess what. The warranty company won’t fix it because it’s still functional. But in the mean time I have to drive around with this embarrassing winning sound every day. Now I’m hearing a rattle from the engine. I asked I think it’s Brian that I had already had to bad car buying experience’s and please not to sell me a bad car. WOW!
They say they do an inspection on these cars. Well if that is the case why didn’t they hear that noisy and why is the cover on the engine not screwed down. NOT EXCEPT-ABLE.
I will turn this car in just like I did the other two if this problem is not rectified .
