Had a great experience! Anna was a dream! She helped me partner with a different location to make sure that everything was ready when I came into her location to actually pick up my vehicle. And Tray at the Union City location was phenomenal as well! Thank you!
Mr. Willie Cooper was very patient and thorough. He made sure I understood every aspect of the transaction and answered all of my questions. He didn’t try to rush me to make a decision and provided a variety of vehicles for me to test drive. He also provided alternatives regarding my down payment that allowed me to reduce my monthly payments. I really appreciated his advice and assistance in making this experience easier to navigate and complete.

Will never go there again or recommend them to anyone, got a vehicle from them, first they only have a 3 day return but the vehicle broke down on me on day 31. Called them took it to the shop they told me too, then they say it’s not covered under the warranty and had to pay 1000 in repairs for a car I haven’t even made the first payment on yet. Straight lemon.

Horrible customer service.. I live in Columbus Ga. The first time I applied with Drivetime -I was approved online for the down payment and monthly payment but then it changed to a much higher amount once I got in the store. I didn’t purchase at that time in December 2024. I again applied at the end of January and I was given another approval and invited to the office with an appt to complete the sale. A few days later, I arrived to my appt slightly late and after checking in, I waited an hour. I was never acknowledged or greated by my salesperson Willie. I had to leave after waiting so long. I then rescheduled for the next appt. When I arrived at this appt l, I was checked in again and then the long wait started again, even though I arrived timely on this appt. After waiting for some time, I walked to the lot to look at cars.. Finally, I got to inquire about two cars with the salesperson Willie when I discovered the one I originally inquired about had a botched paint job. . I then completed some forms. It took another long wait to be able to finally test drive a vehicle. As mentioned, the original one was a repainted vehicle that had a bad paint job, so I wasn’t interested , the second vehicle that I tried smelled like smoke and I could not drive that one due to the smell, and finally inquired about a third vehicle. Finally after an hour and a half- I drove this car and it was a nice vehicle that I was very interested in. By this time, it was getting close to closing time..
I expressed my interest in the 2019 Ford fiesta. At approximately 10 minutes prior to closing the sales person Willie came back and told me that they would need a little longer to process my information and he asked me for some additional information to “verify me”. His question just prior to this was - would I be ready to make a decision today? And I replied yes. Two days later after giving them all my personal info I’ve never heard one thing back from this company. I have not heard from the salesperson or anyone else to follow up on my visit or purchase. I went online and got approved and now am making my purchase with Carvana within hours. Lesson, Do not waste your time with such an unprofessional company such as this one.

Anna Scott!!! She was amazing and professional providing premiere customer service. Anna unexpectedly called me and had me set up and ready to go. Now the Sales area needs some help. The Sales room needed some cleaning and the mens restroom was horribly disgusting. Urine and boogers were pasted to the walls and wasn't cleaned four days later when I went back to the dealership.
