Mr. Michael was awesome! He was very friendly and helpful! He made sure I was driving out in a new vehicle and he did just that. He went above and beyond! Hands down has definitely been the best car salesman that I have ever dealt with! I will definitely send more customers to him! I am so happy with my new Nissan! Thanks again Michael and drivetime!

When purchasing my vehicle I was told that I could leave with the extended warranty on the loan and remove it before my car payment was due to get the rate that I needed and desired. I went in with a specific amount that I wanted to pay for my loan. However, the salesperson name Tee and the manager from DriveTime in Conyers kept advising me to add the extended warranty to have coverage in case something happened and take it off later before the first payment was due. Two weeks after I call to get the extended warranty off they tell me that the monthly payments would stay the same and that the fee would only come off the principle. This was so misleading and wrong on the salesperson and the manger because they knew that it wouldn’t change my payments, instead they said it would. Now I’m stuck with a monthly payment that I didn’t want. Don’t let them talk you into getting something added on and make you believe that it’s easy to adjust and it’s not!

I would highly recommend Conyers Drive Time Car Sales for your next car purchase. This is my third car purchase from Drive Time. Shar was my salesperson for my third purchase and she was very patient and helpful. If you are looking for a person that will give you excellent customer service experience, please go see Shar in Conyers, Georgia. I say this, because I am not the easiest customer to please when it comes to spending my hard earned money. It took me about 2 weeks to make a purchase. Shar smiled through the whole process.I must have asked her 50 questions, and if she did not know the answer, she would say “We will find the answer together”. The whole sales team and managers made me feel so welcomed and pleased to spend my hard earned money at Drive Time again. Thanks for a very great car buying experience.

They had a great vehicle inventory selection and I must say my experience this time 100% due to the current Management and staff. Very transparent, no games, and not pushy. All of the ingredients for a great car buying experience.

There's no way they inspect these cars. Mine needed brakes, rotors, and struts ($2500 total expense across these 3 things), and I spent $300 to fix a bent tie-rod that was so bad the technician had to grind it off the car. I should have gotten a full inspection the day after purchase and then returned the car, though they shouldn't claim the cars have been inspected and repaired when they've obviously never even tried to identify problems. I have a hard time believing they actually inspect anything.
I suppose it was a red flag when they insisted I give a 5-star review before leaving on the day I bought the car, too.
They ignored my request to discuss reimbursement, and it was outside their 30 day warranty by 1 day when it was discovered. I'll never buy there again, and suggest you don't either.

This company is hustling and lying to people. Thank God I recorded my business deal with them. I was asked by the representative at the Conyers, ga location how do I get paid, I said biweekly... When the women told me to initial where it said biweekly I said what is this for, she said, oh that's just so we know you get paid biweekly and I said, my payments are $305 monthly like online and like you stated and she said YES.... Nope, went online to the lien holders website and my car payment was made to be biweekly..so I am paying $305 every two weeks for a used 2017 car. I called and another women answered the phone and was RUDE..she said sorry the car is yours now, we don't take cars back after 5 days...what kind of illegal crap is this place running??? Lawyer called ..time for court!!!!

The car purchased was advertised at a different price at the dealership. I noticed and contacted sales woman and did not hear anything back. In addition, the car was dirty upon pickup. The car was hosed down but has to be detailed after.In addition the car had less than half a tank of gas. I was advised that full tank is not provided. Overall they were quick to get me in and out but the cars appearance and pricing was less than desirable.
