The Staff was great, especially Alan from your Lewisville Dealership he did everything possible to help me get approved, the OKLAHOMA dealership was nice and polite and closed deal, The only issue I have is that the Truck already needs an Oil Change, brake pads all around and engine air filter, that's not a good thing

When I arrived, the manager Josh noticed the vehicle had a minor engine issue and immediately took action to make things right. He found another vehicle at a different location and contacted them for me, even though they were closing earlier than expected.
I then went to the DriveTime in Lewisville, TX, where sales advisor Clay went above and beyond. He waited for me to arrive, greeted me with a great attitude, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Clay was fast, patient, professional, and truly cared about helping me get into the right vehicle.
If you’re looking to buy a car, I highly recommend reaching out to Clay at the DriveTime in Lewisville. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

Do NOT go here. They prey on people. The ethics and morals of this company is non existent. These people took advantage of me. I was pregnant and needed a vehicle. I knew something was wrong when online my down payment was $500 but was $3000 when I got there. I was sold a vehicle for 20k but it was worth 7k. I’m sad that people are still being treated this way. They need to be ashamed of themselves. Now I can’t do anything with this car. My credit has gone up 100 points since then and no one will trade in or take this car for no amount of money that I can actually afford. 100% got scammed.

Edwin made my process easy and smooth went to three other places he made sure I got great service insurance and a car I am comfortable a whole process they double check everything and assure you are going to leave with a smile on your face COME SEE EDWIN LOPEZZZZ
This place is deceptive! I do not recommend. We drove off in a Colorado Chevy 2017. Found out that the heater didn’t work. So we took it to a shop. Well that’s where we found out that heater went out and the transmission had multiple codes! MULTIPLE CODES! They(Drive Time)had been swiped it clean in the past! Long story short, we took it back to Drive Time.
I then went to a reputable dealership and bought different vehicle. While in the process I was alerted that Drive Time had blocked me from being able to use anyone else for financing a vehicle. Basically, I would only be able to use Bridgecrest to finance a vehicle.
Well fortunately I received some help and also was able to bypass due to having a great credit score!
Needless to say, I would never recommend dealing with Drive Time! The deception of swiping the codes clean is despicable! The worst thing is you sit there and visit with these salesmen and they lie to your face about the quality of vehicles they’re selling!

I went in to DriveTime skeptical about the terms I received online. Jamil was excellent. He answered all my questions and was not pushy at all. He made the buying process very easy.
The process was smooth and simple. Edwin was great and detailed about the entire process. This was definitely the most convenient car buying experience ever!

Yes the signing papers and all went smoothly but at 22 years old with no credit I was not knowledged enough to look into drive time and Bridgecrest and see they have a lawsuit against them for selling bad cars. Unfortunately I have had this car barley over 1 year now and the transmission has went out causing me to surrender the car and my credit is ruined after paying every bill on time. I had issues with this car since day one. This company takes advantage of unknowledged low/no credit people and should not be allowed to sell the cars they do.

There isn’t a negative star button I highly don’t recommend anyone to trust Alan Sutton his doesn’t tell the truth about vehicles I got a vehicle over a year ago and I’ve been trying to get them to trade in my car or fix it because I’ve been having issue since day one with the car I’ve been told so much things to do this and do that but DRIVE TIME SUCKS I FEEL SORRY FOR ANYONE THAT TRUST THEM YOUR VEHICLE WILL BRAKE DOWN!!

I bought my car a little over 2 months ago from the drivetime in Lewisville. The person who sold me the car did an amazing job, but now my car is inoperable due to a loose bolt from the motor mount causing the engine to shift back and cut a hole in my a/c line. I have contacted the warranty (SilverRock) and was advised that the repairs are not covered! I have been back and forth with them about how per the technician i had check my car stated that the bolt was not put on correctly before i purchased the vehicle and i am not at fault. Yet still can not get the repairs covered. Reached out to drivetime via chat and was immediately brushed off by the rep and was told to contact silverRock. Once i advised I’ve already done that was brushed off again and told to contact another number. I am VERY disappointed at the lack of compassion and accountability for this issue!
