Devon was an incredible help and joy through the process of buying my car. He explained things clearly and concisely and I really enjoyed his conversation. The process was straight forward and Drivetime really makes buying a car easy and without hassle.
God given blessings
We had an appointment, however we arrived an hour and a half earlier and they took us right away. We test drove all the cars that we requested. The staff on hand were great, including the staff who we didn’t have the appointment with. Shoutout to our sales person, Terri Cox! Thanks!

Absolutely worst dealership ever
Absolutely worst dealership ever. Bought a car from the Montclair, CA location 3 weeks ago and the transmission blew today my boyfriend and I haven't even put 1500 miles on the car. We called drivetime to return the vehicle the said they would put us in a car with more miles and a bigger car payment. Um no thanks. We called drivetime customer loyalty center and spoke to Brandi who was very rude and un helpful, and told us to bad we can only return the vehicle before 5 days that we have to go through the repair process. OK fine we called Silverrock the warranty company to set up a rental which we were then told we have to pay out of pocket and they only reimburse up to $300. My car is going to be in thr e shop for at least 5 weeks. Silverrock only covers 30$ a day or 300$ total at Enterprise but the cheapest car on their contract with Enterprise is $47 a day so the total would be $1809 up front which we don't have and we would only be reimbursed $300. So not only do I have to pay my car payment for a car I'm not driving runner want us to pay $1500 for a rental car because they sell crappy cars. Absolutely worse customer service ever. I wish we never bought this car. Their warranty company sucks and is so unhelpful. Please please don't make the same mistake.

Do not do Buisness with this company! I financed a 2013 Chevy equinox from this location with the drive time care protection warranty and six months after the purchase , the car needed a whole new engine . after dealing with silver rock for about 4- 5 months I finally get my car repaired . Here we are now 2 years later and the same car needs a whole new engine again but this time the warranty company wants me to pay $3000 out of my pockets to help them replace the engine they inspected and chose to use for my vehicle all while I still have to pay almost 500$ a month to the loan company . Long story short don't trust this company they fail to properly hold up there end of the deal. I hope this helps someone in near future.

This was a seamless process! Very helpful and accomidating. Wonderful and professional experience!
Bad experience
Since I financed the vehicle I have been having none stop issues. 1st week my car was shaking, turns out it was missing a motor mount screw, 2nd week my car was making loud noises so went to a shop the rear rotors were warped! Just had an oil change, the oil was so contaminated, my car didn't even have an air filter!!! And the cabin filter was pitch black! I was told the day I financed the vehicle that the car had maintenance, and it was good nothing was missing.
