Everything was great this is the second car in about 18 years time that I bought from DriveTime only had one small hiccup. Less than 5 hours of driving my car off the lot I got stranded at Walmart had to get my battery jumped and had to go spend almost $300 on a battery on a car that I just drove off the lot. Next time please check your batteries because the LoJack app that I downloaded that is supposed to tell you when your battery is low in your car did not give me any kind of warnings
Great people very understanding and honest people work pretty fast and good the job done definitely recommend
They made sure that they help me with a car have me a choice to look around before I decided to purchase it was one vehicle that I looked at online but they were holding it for for someone but I looked and still found something else that I liked they were nice and very friendly
Adam was the only one that treated me with professionalism and respect. Ralph needs more training on customer service and "people skills". The female manager, Sheena, was rude, unprofessional and completely no communication. Customer service was unsatisfactory and negative on several views and angles. I usually do business with the Union City location but the vehicle that I was interested in was located at the Morrow location. Sheena, Jeremy and Ralph....all provided little to no assistance. Adam was the rep who I spoke to last week about the vehicle in question and arrived to assist and provide great customer service to close the deal. I expressed my frustration with the staff.... but no apology or resolution as well as an extreme negative, nonchalant and disrespectful attitude. Sheena, the manager, could give 2 cents about my experience and how she displayed her unprofessionalism to me, her staff and the other customers. By the way I would give you 0 stars but Adam was the best that day, so I give 5 stars to him. DriveTime Morrow needs some serious changes and training on how to provide positive and great customer service......especially in when you're selling vehicles. Ijs.........Definitely will be contacting Corporate.

I came in and Jeremy help me get into the perfect car for me. He was very helpful and even stayed over to help. If you go to morrow Jeremy is your guy
Came in Ralph Jennings took great care of me , walk me threw everything step by step and got me riding hustle free and now I’m riding
My son has no credit at all but Jeremy was awesome! He helped him get into a new vehicle with no problems! Great service!
Adam at the Morrow location was "EXCELLENT"!! His customer service is superb and his patients for his customers is even better. He went above and beyond when the original car we selected ended up not being sufficient for driving due to the engine light came on the day of pick up, he put us in a even better car and all the hours that was involved, he made it worth it.

From the time that i arrived to leaving with my new car, i had nothing but a good experience. Customer service was professional and friendly. They make sure that you’re satisfied before you leave and adam is very knowledgeable and transparent. I would most definitely come back
I really enjoyed my experience at drive time shanae, Jeremy and Adam they work their miracles to ensure I walked out of there with a car and I just want to thank them from the bottom of my heart cuz I know my credit is jacked up and they made it happen and I really appreciate them so if y'all looking for a wonderful experience go to drive time and ask for shanae or Jeremy they got you

Getting pre approved online helped so much! I know exactly what I could afford before I got to my appointment and there were no surprise charges upfront. They process was quick and I didn’t have to spend hours and hours at the dealership. Shout out to Ralph (and the rest of the team) for getting us taken care of and in a great car!
