I had an amazing experience with DriveTime! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and stress-free. The entire team made the car-buying process smooth and straightforward, which I truly appreciated.

A special shoutout to my salesman, Dena — absolutely top-notch! Dena went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and confident every step of the way. There was no pressure, just genuine care and dedication to helping me find exactly what I needed. Dena’s patience, knowledge, and positive energy made all the difference.

I brought my vehicle from Drivetime…

I brought my vehicle from Drivetime October 2024 I only got to drive it until May 2025 before the engine went out. I took it to Lincoln Ford dealership to get repair. I brought Drivetimes warranties they offered through Silverock, they were practically useless. They do not cover full repairs and only want to pay for refurbished parts and we still had to come out of pocket almost $2,000.00. Then we picked car up did not make it home before the car broke down again this time had it towed back to shop, the transmission is out. We had to get another one, Silverock refused to pay for a new one, only a used one. We had to pay out of pocket almost a $1,000.00. Got our car back, again broke down from over heating, this time the radiator. Silverback refused claim. We had to pay out pocket$700.00. Got car back broke down again. My car has been in the shop consecutively since May 2025, I have not driven my car more than a day since then and it is still in the shop to this day with one issue after the other. I called Drivetime and their corporate office to seek reimbursement or to help pay for these repairs since they sold me a LEMON vehicle, they did not even ablige me, told me there was nothing they can do for me. I told the management at Drivetime they sold me a LEMON they did not even care. THIS PLACE IS CROOKED AND THEY ARE SELLING BAD CARS AND DO NOT CARE TO MAKE RIGHT THEIR WRONG! THEY ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! SHIREE SIBBLEY-ANDERSON

From start to finish my experience was above my expectations. Olivia was kind, professional, and kind. I was in and out in like an hour and a half.
I will admit I was nervous going in. I didn’t know what to expect from this dealership.
The nerves completely went away after sitting with Olivia. Thank you Olivia. I also left my sunglasses there and she called me to tell me they were there before I got a chance to call them. Integrity 100%.
The ONLY reason I don’t give 5 stars is because the overall office itself had a peculiar smell. It may be that it’s an older building. Other than that… go meet with Olivia. Worth it!

I bought my car 1 month and 2 days ago…

I bought my car 1 month and 2 days ago and today my car
is going in the shop for the 2nd time. The staff was pleasant but I am not a happy person.
