What a terrible experience
What a terrible experience! We really wanted that 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan, but you fouled up the paperwork and when th credit union tried to call no one would answer the phone.
You missed the deal. We’ll go elsewhere. I’ve got better things to do than drive around doing YOUR JOB!!!

Professional and enjoyable service
Our representative was JaDarrien Brundage. He went above and beyond to make our transaction as smooth and straightforward as possible. There were a few hiccups along the way and he got everything sorted in a timely and professional manor. Our youngest son is autistic and has ADHD and they accommodated him with the upmost respect and kept him entertained and as calm as possible. Highly highly recommend using JaDarrien as your future representative!!

Fast approval and no pressure sales attitude were greatly appreciated. Katrina was very friendly and helpful. I found the car I wanted for a price I could handle. This was with a low credit score. Best dealership experience I have ever had.
