DriveTime Car Sales - Sanford Avis 

I was very happy with dealing with Joe Medina at the Sanford store. He very helpful and patient with me. He took the time to see that we found exactly what we needed. Unlike the Orlando store, where I we approved, and never followed up with tell this day I have not heard back from on the vehicle I there to buy. I would never do business there, ever again.

Very seamless experience not what I wanted for the price

What a scam ! Got me in there with bologna!
No cars ! Hit my credit! Gave me a pos car to test drive and said my credit wasn’t good enough and my income after they hit my credit!
Pass on this loser place ! Unbelievable! No one in the giant building except 3 loser salesmen.
No service department and they are not affiliated with any other loser Driverip !

Our salesman was great! Couldn’t have asked for a more patient or hard worker as he was! Everyone was great too!

They had the car I wanted. However, I am not giving up a 5-star rating, because I found they could be more flexible. They have a no-haggle policy, which i think can be twisted or be able to make it a "work-around" when the vehicle is out of the market fair price. That did not happen in my situation. I am convinced the car was out of the fair market, but it was my word against them. Who wins? Not a fair practice.

Joe was a great help in selecting a new vehicle. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

Frank was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I straight forward on what I wanted and he took out his little tablet and wrote down what Ivwas looking for. Less than 2 hours later, I had the car I wanted with no money out of pocket, even with a low credit score. He delivered on what he said could be done. Thank you Frank for a job well done!!!!!👏🏽😀

They approved me instantly. I'm still building my credit back. That in itself was amazing every one else was offering me loans at 136 on up percent literally. I was flabbergasted. I applied to DriveTime based off a recommendation from a Lyft driver . I'm glad I did. Frank Craven in Sanford at the dealership really didwkr everything painless. Just like the ad states. I was apprehensive about even buying a car much less going in there in person. To say the least this man was instrumental at makinge calm. He explained everything in great detail. Showed me everything. I've never gotten that kind of an experience at any dealership. I'm not lying. Hands down he was fabulous. And the receptionist. I never got her name like I said was very nervous. But she was such a nice person. Had a smile the entire time. Not fake either neither one of those two. Down to earth real people. My son and I left with a decent car that won't break down easily. With a decent price and interest rate. I'm very fortunate to have had such an experience. Thank you all of you who work there and the owners as well. I'm a single mother raising my son myself. Zero help. Until I walked into DriveTime. Everyone should try it out. Thanks again guys. I'm a happy client.

Everything was great with the small exception that when your associates first contacted me after I went to your website, I was told that the vehicle that I was acquiring about would be "reserved". I was notified by your app two days later that the car had been sold. It was explained to me at the Sanford dealership that the only way a true "reservation "can be upheld is if I were to have went to the store and actually put money down on it. This was not explained online or on your app, it actually states to the contrary. This is very misleading and thus why I Went to the Sanford store and not to the West Orlando store.

Brad and Greg were absolutely wonderful and attentive. Greg provided us with the car we were looking for and his customer service skills are A+ Brad the manager greeted us upon arrival with a smile and helpful knowledge. I will return to them in the future if ever needed and highly recommended them to anyone .

I typically dislike sale situations because I feel pressured. However my experience here was very nice, Freud was who assisted me. He was patient and attentive and answered all my questions.

Joe Molina the sales man made all this processes unpainful. Joe was helpful and was very good informed in the process of purchasing a vehicle. the staff was great also very well informed about policies and vehicle information. the service was excellent
