Tex and Dwayne from the St Paul location were terrific to deal with and get me into a reliable vehicle within my price range, without making me feel like they were stretching me thin. They kept the options realistic and Dwayne was very thorough with the paperwork process to make sure everything was processed quickly and efficiently! These individuals do not get enough credit for what they do and the time they commit to helping people who need reliable transportation in the upper Midwest. Seriously, ask for Tex or Dwayne when stopping in and you won’t be disappointed! (They’re also insanely funny and good at cracking a good joke.)

I was Leary at first because I don’t have the best of credit at all, but Tex assured me that he would do his best to get my leaving out in a vehicle and he did just that and it’s a low mileage 2019 Nissan Sentra. He was professional, non-judgmental and dedicated in helping me and I absolutely would tell anyone to go there for themselves I’m sure they won’t be dissatisfied.

First time buying a car through a dealership but Duane made it simple and fun.

So I bought a car from this location I was never told the total price of the interest. I was telling the sales guy Gil how I got ripped off by carhop and they proceed to rip me off. I am now stuck paying principle of 19,000 and another 19,000 in interest this place is worse then car hop. Please do not shop here I am paying over 40 grand with all the fees for a 2014 ford escape. I was under the impression that the interest was included in the 19 grand they were already charging me

The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was taken care of immediately. Each step of the way the team explained my options and they made sure I was happy with the process (and my purchase).

We were shopping for SUV for 2 weeks after a deer took out our previous one.

The customer service at the Maplewood DriveTime is amazing. Doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not, Your greeted the moment you walk in the door. And everyone is so helpful. I went 2 days in a row. And got my new vehicle with ease. I will return in the future. They are very knowledgeable about the cars thwy have.

This is a follow up from my previous review. Me and my husband worked with Cody who was a nice guy, sold us a 2016 Impala that appeared to be a solid vehicle. 1 week later we found out the car needed a new transmission which I’m sure they already knew and it made us feel used and cheated. We could have went elsewhere as we had several offers from other credible dealers, but decided on Drive Time as it was in close proximity to our home. We went back to the dealer and informed that “it was not their issue “ and instructed us to reach out to the warranty company. I have now been without my vehicle for 3 day’s waiting for it to get fixed at the shop which has been extremely stressful with trying to get to work. I will definitely not recommend going to Drive Time unless you bring a scanner, lift, and certified mechanic to be able to check it out! Worst car buying experience ever! All they do is respond with the same generic message when you leave a bad review. What? No customer service or satisfaction anymore? Wow! Don’t even waste your time responding to my review unless it’s from an actual person who actually cares about their customers!

It was a fun experience! Lots of laughs, they work amazingly together! Mike and Troy were both great. Very nice experience, I could not ask for anything else, they were truly amazing!

Help me get a car I was having bad luck everywhere else and drive time help me they did not mislead me they was honest and truthful
