DriveTime Car Sales - Taylor Avis 

I would like to Think Aaron Dietrich for being so helpful and making the process go smooth as possible.

This is my second purchase with Aaron Dietrich at DriveTime in TAYLOR MICHIGAN! He is and always has been very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating! I live in Toledo Ohio and often refer people to Aaron and the Taylor Michigan location because of Aaron! Keep up the good work and the quality of vehicles are MUCH BETTER THAN TOLEDO OHIO’S SELECTIONS!

I am currently sitting at my chiropractic appointment for my cage fusion which is in my lower back. I am stranded because the vehicle I purchased just 5 days ago decided to seize on the transmission. This is after finding out that the speedometer needed to be recalibrated, needed an oil change, and the rotors on the front end need to be replaced. Or the will hubs need to be updated. Either way I haven't taken it to the auto repair shop yet because it's 5 days old in my name! One of the worst experiences of my life with vehicles! Not only did the salesperson flirt with me to try to solidify the sale, but then when he didn't have the one I was supposed to purchase available he talked me into this one telling me that this was the safest option and he would choose this one over the other one I was going to go with. I will never come back to drive time ever again! And I will be returning this vehicle! There's a lemon law still in effect!

I had a great experience working with Aaron Dietrich! He was very helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He made sure my grandma found the car she wanted and took the time to make sure she was comfortable and happy with her choice. Aaron was a great salesman and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. We truly appreciate his hard work and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Aaron to anyone looking for a car!

Sales people friendly. But not much knowledge on the cars. Also didn't clean or fill with cash or give me floor mats. When spending 30,000.00 you expect better service.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming that's important to me when purchasing a car. The buying process a lil lengthy for me but not to bad given that I got there at 7pm and they closed a 8pm. The car had about ¼ gas in it and when I called the next day about it and for compensation. I was basically told I'm shit out of luck should have caught it the day of purchase.

DriveTime was great and the employees were so helpful. I want to Thank my salesman, Tyler and the manager, not sure of his name but they called him, V. Incredible crew. Everyone was professional and helpful. If you need a vehicle, this is the place to go. Love my new Murano.

My experience purchasing the vehicle has been nothing short of a disappointment. After I drove my purchase car off the lot I noticed a few things and immediately took it to Firestone for a vehicle inspection. The inspection revealed issues that needed to be addressed totaling a little over $2000. The car had a limited warranty and a claim was submitted. It was denied because they needed video. The video was submitted and the claim was denied because the vehicle needed to remain on location. Vehicle was brought back now the insurance coordinator has been MIA and the shop has been left on hold several times for over twenty minutes. I almost purchased the additional insurance and I’m glad I didn’t because claims are not taken seriously . I contacted the manager and was told my claim was approved and leave the vehicle but the shop has been trying endlessly to verify this. I haven’t had this car but a week and this has been my experience.
