Great staff & Great car

After a month of car shopping I was about to give up. From the moment I walked into the dealership I knew I was at the right place. The guys had a nice mellow vibe & weren't pushy. They asked what I wanted to see & didn't try to push some other car on me. Jesse worked with me on getting the car I wanted & getting it where it needed to be for my lawyer. Devlin was good about checking in with me & setting up appointments. Marcus gave me tips on how to save on insurance. The guys were patient while we waited on my lawyer to get his stuff together. My only complaint is calling the phone #, they were hard to reach. It was much easier to contact them via email or texting. Thanks to them I'm in a car that I love to drive!! I love it even more after driving it the 60 miles home. My son found some extra features than what was advertised.

Jesse made this extremely less painful

Jesse made this extremely less painful. He was able to deal with our stress level of not knowing the new technology and a car payment. We haven’t had a car payment since 2004. We were extremely uneasy and he made everything easy. Including walking us through the new requirements for insurance on the vehicle on a Saturday afternoon. He walked us through the technology of the vehicle and the team helped program things and made sure I knew how to use it before we left. He is Amazing and the team is much appreciated! I am so grateful. He even walked us through how to get the interest rate down within 60 days. Thank you!

i haven’t even had my car 3 weeks

purchased my 2018 dodge journey on 1/24/25. paid my down payment and drove off the lot only to have the vehicle making weird noises and movements minutes after getting on the highway. talked with the manager the next day he said get it checked out. waited for a response from them never got one…took it on a mini family vacation not even 4 hours away just for the transmission to go out. called drive time and they told me “we didn’t tell you to take this trip” i asked what they can do to help me fix and the response i got from marcus was “that is part of life” okay….now im currently stuck where im at going on a full week waiting for the warranty company to fix my vehicle while i get the run around. DO NOT buy from these people unless you want a bad vehicle

Sold me a car in December now i need a…

Sold me a car in December now i need a whole new engine, cv joints where bad, and sensor issues...i pay 540 a month with a warranty but theres nothing anymore can do..outta of a car for 3-4 weeks and i gotta still make the payments, pay for any repairs not covered by my warranty and get a rental possibly...didnt put 1500 miles on it and its been to the shop 3 times...they're response oh we're sorry call this number so these people can tell you how they cant help either...i shouldn't have gone to drive time...

Our sale associate Michael was great. He was very friendly and relaxed. He was not making us feel pressured or rushed he also confirmed a lot of information on the phone before we came in which made the process a lot easier.

Michael and his Manager completed our paperwork very quickly and we were done in 2 hours. I’m used to waiting 4 hour plus to get into a new vehicle.

I am really enjoying my car so far. Thanks DriveTime Topeka!
