John was a great sale person. He was patient and kind. He known exactly what I wanted and what down payment I was trying to stay in. Would come back to this location again.

The worst experience ever first they…

The worst experience ever first they bothered me till I went in to the dealership .I went into the dealership stayed in there all day the first time and didn’t get anything done. Basically they played around. Then the second time I went in again they said I had to come back so I went back again. Same thing stayed in there all day long and nothing got done then 2to 3 weeks passed. I didn’t hear anything from them.I went back again and ask what was going on so all together I been in and out there 5 times And then all of a sudden the guy cicero finley called so I went in again and stayed in there all day again they had mixed me up with some other girl that had the same last name I got.seen so many people come and go while I was still sitting there.the car that I did finally found I like , they didn’t have many cars to choose from because of my down payment they process the card and everything where I had signed the papers and all that so I’m thinking OK I’m bout to get the car. I’m ready to go but didn’t get the car because they were howling about after I don’t did all that work signed papers took it on a drive and everything that I couldn’t get it because it was in some kind of high-speed chase and they still investigating it. That’s what was told to me by. cicero finley I was already mad cause I’ve been in there all day already and he gonna come up there and say that I couldn’t get the car so then when we went to check, he said I had to get another one so I look for another one all the other ones were either too small that I could not fit in and had too many miles or had been in an accident so I told him that if I can go to another one, he said yeah you can go another one then went over there and start processing the refund. Say it’ll be like 3 to 4 weeks before you get your money back and I’m like you wanna wait till I put all my money down to tell me that I couldn’t get this other car and now I have to get another counter car that they don’t even have anything to choose from basically three cars and was forced to get something small that I didn’t even really want because that’s all they had by all of them just sitting in there looking at me like I’m crazy basically because of what happened with the other car other car was perfect till that happen. He act like he could not give me an upgrade on another car cause that was not my fault that was theirs they shouldn’t have had it where it was supposed to be sellable basically it had been sitting out there all that time for people to buy and come to find out he says not sellable . They basically wanted till I put the down payment down and sign paperwork to tell me this .No one looked like they cared either talking about me when I wasn’t in the room in all I heard them .I don’t know how true it was or not or if they were lying I don’t know, but this was the worst experience I ever had but buying a car they could not even adjust it where I could’ve got another car or not they like they didn’t really care to me anyway this was most unprofessional place I have ever been in and the worst customer service I have ever had .the car that they gave me had a spare tire in the back also they removed the spare tire and everything because I had to go back to get the car on another day I had to pafor a uber 5 times and I was not cheap so of the stuff they could do over the phone never had the same person ever time I went in it was somebody different like they didn’t have time for me at all I would never get a car again from drivetime ever in my life that was just so so dirty if I could give no stars, I would

Was out yesterday and bought a car

Was out yesterday and bought a car, wrote a nice 5 star review at the end of getting the car, today the driver side door will not open and the only thing we are getting out of them is it is not covered by the warranty. This is less then 24 hours after driving it off the lot. Regret is the word that is coming to mind already and nothing can be done about it.

The staff was very polite

The staff was very polite. They asked you specifically what you would like so they can narrow it down to find the right vehicle for you. Cleator Rose Clay, customer experience guide, was amazing! She helped me throughout the whole process and helped me pick out the right car for me.

The sales guys were great

The sales guys were great. I just got my car 6/14/24 . My check oil light came on so i immediately called and ask what was protocol for them inspecting there cars before a sale. The manager advised me to take the car into the service center. Long story short they cleared the codes and thats it. The car needs brakes, a brake pump and a oil change. Before you get a car from them think twice. Dont DriveTime drive by

I had a great experience

I had a great experience. The staff was very respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. Salesman, Earl and Karl was very exceptionally helpful. I would definitely refer others to this particular drive time.
