Driving Test Genie Avis 

In 9-10 weeks of having this app. We got 3 offers in the first few days then nothing for the other 9 weeks! I emailed them twice to make sure my account was working properly, they said it was. They state that they send you frequent offers, 3 in 10 weeks is not frequent. Today I signed up to a cheaper Test app and have had over 15 dates come through. Just gutted I wasted 10 weeks waiting with Genie

In 6 days since I joined, the app has found me ONE test for 5 months time. I have had to go onto the DVSA website myself and managed to get a test for next month.

Absolute scam. The 5-star reviews are cleary their friends and employees.

Don't give them your money.
Don't read the 5-star reviews.
I have asked for a refund, but they are unwilling to refund me.

I'm very impressed with this App their customer service has been great. Especially Laura she has made a very difficult situation more manageable. 5 stars from me.

We used this app and another one in 2023 for our eldest child...the Genie App sent far more test cancellations and with our eldest needing a few attempts to pass, we really made thr most of this cancellation service even managing to get us a test 5 months earlier than the original booked test. Second young adult now on the same journey..we have booked a test for February- but have decided to use the Genie App again as they did a great job last time and the support team reply to emails quick quickly and are helpful, so it's more than just the app.

Excellent service, I signed up for driving test genie so that i could get an earlier driving test. Within minutes of completing my sign up I had been offered a test 3 months earlier than the one I had booked. Easy to sign up to, very quick response. You have to pay for it but it well worth it. Very happy.

I’ve been using Driving Test Genie for quite some time now, but unfortunately, it has been a frustrating experience. Despite multiple emails to their support team and ensuring all settings are correct, I haven’t received any notifications or cancellations for driving test slots. This is particularly disappointing, given the long wait times for tests and the app’s promise to help secure earlier dates.

Second time using the Test Genie service - I used the service 1 year ago, and I came back because it is, affordable, simple, and delivered results. The customer service is also very easy to connect with timely response times.

So pleased I've used Driving Test Genie. Only registered with them yesterday and they've already found me a new test date. Would definitely recommend them.

The system is easy to use and is guaranteed until you pass your test for a one of fee, although there is a free option. The communication is quick and reliable, any queries I have had have been answered promptly. Recommended app!
