This is a fraudulent website. My $54 order was never fulfilled, even though payment was withdrawn from my account and I received a follow-up email saying my order was shipped. I never received the order. My attempt to reach the company via email and telephone was unsuccessful. I have engaged a US attorney to determine the prosecutorial district of the company's base and to identify the principals for prosecution.

Just did an international order for some pet food, order was shipped within 5 days. Highly recommended.

Placed an order over 1 month ago, got confirmation and saw money was withdrawn. Have tried calling mailbox still full . Sent e mails etc still no word. :(

I placed an order 4 days ago. Still hasn't shipped. This seems consistent with other people's comments.

Extremely slow shipping speed. Had to email company numerous times to see when my order would be shipped.

Contacted the company and was asked to send a picture of the product which I did. I have not heard ANYTHING since that time. On a fixed income and cannot afford to purchase the product again.

I ordered 10 gothic heart shaped frames. The order was cancelled yesterday. Today I check their site and the same frame is there but now selling for more than double the price. I called customer service to inquire and got a recording that their mailbox was full. How deceptive!!

I ordered insulin supplies on January 02, 2025 and on today's date ( January 30, 2025) have still received nothing. No response from the company. Product still in place of origin (Fenton, MI). Save your time and sanity by avoiding this company.

Ordered 3 bottles of Nature Made soft gels multi vitamins. Received 3 bottles of tablets. I am unable to take tablets. So I have three bottles of garbage.

I placed an order on 11/28/24 and immediately regretted it. (Low quality stock photos, generic photos, mismatched prices, all the signs were there, shame on me for ordering. A quick look here first would've confirmed my suspicion and saved me time, money, and hassle since I'm far from alone.)
I contacted them immediately through the website to cancel, no response. Emailed the next day to cancel and a couple days later on 12/1 I got a canned response that didn't really make sense to what I asked telling me my order had already shipped and that tracking would be updated. Fine.
Wait another 9 days after the seller told me my order had shipped and sent two more emails during that time asking for tracking info, no response. Called number on the website and rings forever, voicemail box that is full so it disconnected.
Finally I was so fed up, I filed a dispute with PayPal 12/10 and got the nastiest response from the seller personally attacking me as the problem for asking for a refund and making fun of me for the products I ordered. Truly horrible and totally off-putting experience.
Coincidentally the day I filed my claim a package was shipped with USPS so I did eventually get my order on 12/14, but it is the wrong item that is of no use to me.

Absolutely awful company. I placed an order. They emailed me saying they'd created an account for me. I tried logging in. It didn't work. They kept saying they'd send me an email to change the password. It never came. I tried emailing them, no response. I called several times. Tried different extensions. They all went to a voice mail. No one called back. They now have my credit card info, which I'm not happy about.

Only received half my order and now their customer service will not respond to my emails.

Received exactly what I ordered in a very short time and am feeling blessed right now.

Scammers. Order two items which never shipped. Trying calling customer service but got answering machine that was full. I eventually called the sales line and was able to speak to somebody. They said my shipping tracking number had change an my package shipped. However, it’s been another week and still no package. I think they are a complete scam.

The business shipped two damaged boxes of syringes & needles. One had been sliced open, and the other had been unsealed and opened. I contacted the business and they denied that there was any problem and refused to refund unless I paid for return shipping.

They are a absolute scam. I ordered syringes from them and they sent a totally different product. When I tried to call all of the numbers went to full voice mails. Never a good sign. I emailed them and a few days later they responded and asked for pictures of the wrong product. I sent the pics as requested. I was then told they would not send me the correct product if I gave them bad reviews and they said they would not send me the correct product until after I sent them back the return. They refused to provide return shipping. The person had the nerve to put this in an email in writing lol. Filed a fraud claim with my credit card company.

Never order from here ... EVER.

I have reported this website and link to the attorney general. I got my money back by saying my card was charged without my consent. Nice you Indian f**kinscammers, this is why the world hates yall. Anywho, have fun in jail. Scammers lol

The company is fake. The email is fake. The address is fake. The NAME of the business does not match the email address on Paypal. It's a scam. They don't send out any packages. Please do not purchase from them!

Avoid this company. Website doesn’t work well at all and they don’t respond to emails. Had to file a dispute with the bank to attempt refund.

How is this company still in business? I ordered insulin syringes with needles from them a while ago and just now got a package but it's only the needles. Tried calling and they don't answer. I emailed them and they want me to send it back to them (where I have to pay shipping). NO WAY
