Drunk elephant is only sold at Sephora and not ulta and it makes it hard cause I have to get my drunk elephant stuff online if I want smt cause the closest Sephora by me over 4 hours away. Drunk elephant is super expensive for a container that is barely even full. Drunk elephant targets young people and a lot of there stuff has harsh chemicals that will just affect your skin.

Really poor customer service. Have t got back to me after two weeks.

I have sensitive fair skin. I have tried just about every skin care line from very expensive to drugstore lines over the past 25 years. Nothing works so well as the Drunk Elephant Line which I have been using for the past six years, at least. I use many of their facial products and recently started with their body moisturizers.
I will panic if this line is discontinued. Hence, here I am writing this review in the hope that others will try the products.

This company has the worst customer service on record. They offer coupons for say $20.00, however, the coupons never work. This has been a constant issue. To try to get a response from is unrealistic.

They are also promoting products to children. As a parent it is so very wrong. Teaching children to judge themselves against adults for profit. It's sick.

They made everything stress free.

The drunk elephant C- firma helps my hyperpigmentation and it’s the only vitamin C that my skin didn’t react violently. Will purchase again.

Hallo, ich mag die Produkte dieser Marke und habe sie normalerweise wo anders bestellt. Jetzt habe ich endlich über die offizielle Website meine erste Bestellung abgegeben und bin erst nach dem Zahlen darauf gekommen, dass der Versand mit 10€ verrechnet wurde, WOBEI es eine Alternative mit dem kostenlosen Versand gibt.
Ich habe während der Bestellung nicht die Möglichkeit gehabt, die Lieferart zu ändern, es wurde mir nicht vorgeschlagen. Somit wurde diese einfach so standardmässig festgelegt.

Danke! Bestelle nie wieder über die offizielle Website und gehe zurück zu Notino…

Ah yes, there I was, having ordered my favourite moisturizer, Lala Retro Whipped Cream, which I have been using for years, online as usual. Unfortunately, what was sent, was not what I had ordered - the packaging was the same, but the content was greasy and slimy, totally different from the ordered moisturizer. Contacted Drunk Elephant for a full refund - yes, we're still waiting for that one. Stefanie from Customer Services opined that only orders made on the Drunk Elephant website would be refunded - strangely enough, that was nowhere mentioned on their website - though I suspect they might have smuggled it in now. Got in touch with the senior management at Shiseido, who now own Drunk Elephant, like it says on the Squatters House "Ring any bell, none of them works!"

Shockingly bad customer service - avoid at all costs - my personal opinion, not a statement of fact -)!! I would give it zero stars if the site would let me.

I like this product and the way it has improved skin. My problem is that no matter which DE product I use turns my eyebrows orange! I have to use eyebrow pencil to fill in the gaps. I tried another pencil and it did the same thing. I hate to give up the products I purchased but I have to have my brows!

This company is a fraud! My package arrived empty. Their customer phone number sends you to write an email. HOWEVER, after initially responding to my first email that they'll check with FedEx, they have NOT RESPONDED about a return. I'm taking action through my credit card.

I reached out to them regarding a missing items in my order and they refused to fulfill it saying they wouldn’t ship it.
Customer service agent was rude and difficult to talk to. If you really like there product better shop from sephora or ulta.

Purchased UK! 3 Months after reporting a skin irritation with their products and then completing their product information sheet as requested, I’m still waiting for my refund that was agreed. Definitely Not a company that should be trading as They seem to have no customer service processes or procedures set up and in place. Unprofessional company.

I have bought several drunk elephant products, but other than the fact that it’s very pricey, but the B-Hydra Serum is what I’m reviewing today, many times, when I don’t know if the product I’m getting is what they advertise I just open it. But when I tried it with this product, it completely broke. The product squirted everywhere and made it really hard to use. Although other than that, this product really hydrated my skin and made me feel like a full on hydrated goddess. But… I will never repurchase this product, as it’s 50$!

Awful experience. Ordered skin brightening serum and tinted sunscreen. Order took weeks to arrive at which point i had left for annual holiday. When i did finally use the products they left me disfigured with severe swelling. Painful skin and redness. I was unable to leave the house for three days. My skin is only starting to return to normal weeks later. They are refusing to refund me. Saying i am outside of the 14 day window. Avoid at all costs.
